&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Antecedentes de hecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Negociación previa de la oferta pública de empleo con los representantes sindicales del Ayuntamiento de Santanyí donde se llega a un acuerdo por unanimidad en la sesión ordinaria de la Mesa de Negociación del día 02 de octubre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;-Artículo 19. uno.2 de la Ley 6/2018, de 3 de julio, de Presupuestos Generales del Estado para el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;- Artículos 37.1 1) y 70 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;- Artículo 21.1 g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:justify"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="background-color:white"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span style="color:#212121"&gt;1. Aprobar la Oferta Pública de Empleo para el año 2018 con el siguiente tenor&amp;nbsp; literal:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
