&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con lo previsto en los artículos 17.3.b y 20.8.a de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre General de Subvenciones, se publica el extracto de la convocatoria cuyo texto completo puede consultarse en la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;(http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index):&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero. Beneficiarios&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Podrán ser beneficiarios de las ayudas convocadas mediante esta Resolución personas físicas o jurídicas, comunidades de bienes o cualquier otro tipo de agrupación que lleven a cabo las actuaciones previstas en esta Resolución y que, en el momento de la parada temporal según los calendarios previstos, sean armadores o pescadores en la modalidad de arrastre de fondo que reúnan los requisitos previstos en la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo. Finalidad&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La finalidad de estas subvenciones es la paralización de la flota de fondo de la actividad pesquera del año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero. Bases reguladoras&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-&lt;/span&gt;Real Decreto 1173/2015, de 29 de diciembre, de desarrollo del Fondo Europeo Marítimo y de Pesca en relación con las ayudas a la paralización definitiva y temporal de la actividad pesquera, publicada en el BOE&amp;nbsp; núm.312, de 30 de diciembre de 2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Orden del consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca, de 23 de mayo de 2016, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras de la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del programa del Fondo Europeo Marítimo y de Pesca, publicada en el BOIB núm. 70, de 4 de junio de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto. Crédito&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.A esta convocatoria se destina un importe de doscientos mil euros (200.000,00 €), con la posibilidad de ampliar la dotación de la partida presupuestaria y de acuerdo con la siguiente distribución anual:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Año 2018: 50.000,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Año 2019: 150.000,00€&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El importe de esta convocatoria se distribuirá al 50% para cada tipo de beneficiario señalado en los puntos 2 y 3 del apartado tercero de esta convocatoria. Si no se presentan solicitudes o si las solicitudes que se presentan no permiten cubrir la dotación de la actuación, el presupuesto restante incrementará la actuación del beneficiario deficitaria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Estas subvenciones se cofinanciaran a cargo del Fondo Europeo Marítimo y de Pesca (FEMP) en un 50% y a cargo del Ministerio de Agricultura, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente en un 50%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. Importe&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La ayuda del Fondo Europeo Marítimo y de Pesca podrá concederse por una duración máxima de seis meses por barco y pescador durante el período 2014-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El importe, respecto a los armadores, será el resultado de la aplicación de los siguientes baremos, aprobados en el programa operativo FEMP:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las ayudas consistirán en una prima diaria en función de los días de inmovilización efectiva de los barcos. A efectos de cómputo de las ayudas únicamente se contabilizarán los días hábiles de pesca, con una garantía de, como mínimo, 100,00 euros periódicos para los barcos de tonelaje &amp;lt;25. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para el cálculo del arqueo sucio (GT) se tendrá en cuenta lo que figura en la hoja de asentamiento del barco.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Cuando el beneficiario sea un tripulante, el importe de la ayuda se calculará mediante una multiplicación de, como máximo, 50,00 euros por los días de parada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La duración del período computable para el cálculo de las ayudas a la paralización temporal será igual para todos los buques afectados por esta parada, independientemente de su puerto base.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será a partir del día siguiente de la publicación del extracto en el BOIB hasta el 16 de noviembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
