&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 149.1.29 de la Constitución Española reserva al Estado la competencia exclusiva sobre seguridad pública, mientras que el artículo 148.1.22 atribuye a las comunidad autónomas la competencia en materia de coordinación y el resto de facultades en relación con las policías locales en los términos que establezca una ley orgánica.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 30.19 del Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobado por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero, establece que la Comunidad Autónoma tiene la competencia exclusiva en materia de coordinación y otras facultades en relación con las policías locales, en los términos que establezca una ley orgánica. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Ley Orgánica 2/1986, de 13 de marzo, de Fuerzas y Cuerpos de Seguridad, regula, entre otras cuestiones, varios aspectos fundamentales relativos a los principios básicos de actuación, a la organización y a las funciones de las policías locales, que constituyen el marco de actuación de la Comunidad Autónoma en dicha materia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 28 de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears —modificada por la Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre —, con el fin de establecer los criterios básicos para coordinar la actuación de las policías locales del ámbito territorial de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears, dispone, con respecto a la formación, que corresponde a la consejería competente en materia de coordinación de policías locales, mediante la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública (EBAP), el ejercicio de las competencias relacionadas con la formación de los miembros de los cuerpos de policía local para asegurar la homogeneización y coordinación, entre otras que tenga atribuidas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 4 de los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, aprobados por el Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, establece como uno de los objetivos de la EBAP la formación y evaluación, la capacitación y el perfeccionamiento del personal del ámbito de la policía local, entre otros, y el artículo 5.9 dispone que la EBAP tiene que promover, organizar y gestionar la formación de capacitación, reciclaje y perfeccionamiento del personal de los cuerpos de policía local en el ámbito territorial de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 145.2 &lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, aprobador por el Decreto 28/2015, de 30 de abril, dado que regula la prueba de aptitud física que forma parte de la fase de oposición en los sistemas de selección para el acceso a las diferentes categorías de los cuerpos de policía local, establece que las personas que acrediten el certificado en vigor de aptitud física de la EBAP del artículo 163.3 quedan exentas de realizar las pruebas físicas en cualquier proceso selectivo en el que participen.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De conformidad con el artículo 163 de dicho reglamento:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Corresponde a la EBAP la realización de pruebas de acreditación de la aptitud física de los miembros de los cuerpos de la policía local adecuadas al ejercicio de la función policial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El contenido y el baremo de puntuación de las pruebas son los que constan en el anexo 3 del Decreto 28/2012.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. El EBAP tiene que expedir los certificados de aptitud física de los agentes de policía local que hayan superado la prueba correspondiente, con la calificación final. La validez de los certificados es de dos años a contar desde el día de la superación de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Las personas que acrediten este certificado con la vigencia del punto anterior quedan exentas de realizar las pruebas físicas en cualquier proceso de selección en el que participen. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La superación del curso básico de policía local tiene el mismo efecto que la obtención del presente certificado y se contará desde la fecha de la finalización del curso básico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Además, el artículo 163 prevé la obligación que la EBAP convoque anualmente pruebas de evaluación, con la finalidad de ofrecer la adecuada cobertura del servicio al personal de los cuerpos de policía local con vistas a la futura celebración de procesos selectivos. Dado que el Decreto Ley 1/2017, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears, y la Ley 3/20017, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y de medidas en materia de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, prevén que los ayuntamientos de las Illes Balears lleven a cabo un procedimiento extraordinario de acceso a las plantillas de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, resulta conveniente para el interés público reducir la duración del procedimiento para obtener el certificado de aptitud física, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo&amp;nbsp;33 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Constitución Española.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. El Estatuto de Autonomía de las Illes Balears, aprobador por la Ley Orgánica 1/2007, de 28 de febrero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Ley 11/2017, de 20 de diciembre, de modificación de la Ley 4/2013, de 17 de julio, de Coordinación de las Policías Locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Los Estatutos de la Escuela Balear de Administración Pública, aprobados por el Decreto 31/2012, de 13 de abril, por el que se aprueban los.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;7. El Decreto 28/2015, de 30 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;8. El Decreto Ley 1/2017, de 13 de enero, de modificación de la Ley 20/2006, de 15 de diciembre, Municipal y de Régimen Local de las Illes Balears, y de la Ley 3/2007, de 27 de marzo, de la Función Pública de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears, y de medidas en materia de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta de resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Propongo al director gerente de la EBAP que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Aprobar la convocatoria de las pruebas de acreditación de la aptitud física de los miembros de los cuerpos de policía local, de conformidad con el contenido y el baremo de puntuación establecidos en el anexo 3 del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Aprobar las bases rigen dicha convocatoria, que constan en el anexo 1.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Designar a los miembros la Comisión Técnica de Valoración de las pruebas de acreditación de la aptitud física, que constan en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Aprobar el modelo de solicitud y de declaración de responsable, que figura en el anexo 3.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Declarar la aplicación de la tramitación de urgencia al procedimiento, con el fin de reducir a la mitad los plazos establecidos en el procedimiento ordinario, excepto los de presentación de solicitudes y de interposición de recursos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;6. Publicar la presente resolución en la página web de la EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;) y en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra el acto de declaración de la aplicación de la tramitación de urgencia al procedimiento no puede interponerse ningún recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra la presente resolución, que pone fin a la vía administrativa, puede interponerse un recurso potestativo de reposición ante la presidenta de la EBAP en el plazo de un mes, contador desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, de acuerdo con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, y del artículo&amp;nbsp;57 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;También puede interponerse directamente un recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso-Administrativo de Palma en el plazo de dos meses contadores desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso-administrativa. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;1. Objeto &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El objeto de las presentes bases es regular la convocatoria para el año 2018 de las pruebas para acreditar y certificar la aptitud física de los miembros de los cuerpos de la policía local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El contenido de las pruebas objeto de esta convocatoria y el baremo para su puntuación son los establecidos en el anexo 3 del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, aprobador por el Decreto&amp;nbsp;28/2012, de 30 de abril.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. Requisitos y condiciones de las personas aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Para poder participar en las pruebas, las personas interesadas tienen que ser miembros de los cuerpos de la policía local de la comunidad autónoma de las Illes Balears en activo o haber estado en activo durante el año inmediatamente anterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. La EBAP se reserva la facultad de comprobar que las personas solicitantes cumplen los requisitos mediante la consulta del Registro de Policías Locales de la Dirección General de Emergencias e Interior o de las correspondientes prefecturas de policía local. A tal efecto, las personas interesadas habrán dado su consentimiento previo marcando la correspondiente opción en la solicitud para participar en las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las personas en situación de incapacidad temporal no pueden participar en las pruebas&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;de acreditación de la aptitud física objeto de la presente convocatoria. Este requisito se mantendrá durante todo el proceso de tramitación de las pruebas. Si hay cambios en relación con la situación declarada, se tendrán que comunicar a la EBAP.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. De acuerdo con lo establecido en el anexo 3 del Reglamento marco de coordinación de las policías locales de las Illes Balears, para participar en las pruebas de acreditación de la aptitud física objeto de esta convocatoria es requisito indispensable la presentación de un certificado médico oficial en el que se haga constar que la persona aspirante reúne las condiciones físicas necesarias para llevarlas a cabo. El hecho de no presentar este certificado comportará la exclusión automática de la persona aspirante, tanto de la realización de la prueba como del proceso selectivo. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. La persona aspirante puede optar por presentar el certificado médico junto con la solicitud o bien en el momento de la realización de la prueba; en este último caso, su admisión quedará condicionada a la acreditación del cumplimiento de este requisito en dicho momento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. Calendario y lugares de realización de las pruebas&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los días, horas y lugares de realización de las pruebas objeto de esta convocatoria se anunciarán con una antelación mínima de 3 días en la web de la EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;), que se realizarán, de manera descentralizada, de conformidad con los siguientes datos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;IBIZA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día y hora: por determinar (durante el mes de noviembre de 2018) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día y hora: por determinar (durante el mes de noviembre de 2018)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;MALLORCA &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Día y hora: por determinar (durante el mes de noviembre de 2018) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lugar: Polideportivo Municipal Mateu Cañellas (ctra. de Alcúdia, s/n, Inca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pruebas de natación: piscina municipal cubierta (c. de Gabriel Alomar, s/n, Inca)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;4. Solicitudes y documentación&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. El plazo para presentar solicitudes es de quince días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la convocatoria en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;. No se admitirán las solicitudes presentadas fuera de este plazo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas interesadas pueden tramitar la solicitud mediante dos procedimientos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;em&gt;a)&lt;/em&gt; Inscripción telemática. Para inscribirse, se tiene que acceder a la página web de la EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;); a continuación, se tiene que acceder a la inscripción mediante la ficha de cada convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b)&lt;/em&gt; Impreso habilitado a este efecto, en el cual tienen que hacerse constar todos los datos requeridos, incluida la dirección electrónica. La falta de los datos requeridos es motivo de exclusión. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las solicitudes, junto con el resto de documentación requerida, de acuerdo con la base 2, se deberán presentar en el Registro General de la EBAP o en el de la Consejería de Hacienda y Administraciones Públicas, o bien por cualquiera de las formas previstas en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Las personas interesadas declaran con la presentación de la solicitud que son ciertos los datos aportados y que cumplen los requisitos de esta convocatoria. En la solicitud tienen que hacer constar el lugar donde quieren realizar las pruebas de entre los que prevé el punto 3 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;5. Admisión de las personas aspirantes&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;1. Una vez finalizado el plazo de presentación de solicitudes y comprobado el cumplimiento de los requisitos exigidos en esta convocatoria, el jefe de Estudios de Seguridad y Emergencias de la EBAP publicará en la web de la EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;) la lista provisional de personas admitidas y excluidas para participar a las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas aspirantes excluidas u omitidas dispondrán de un plazo de cinco días desde el día siguiente de la publicación de la lista provisional con el fin de subsanar los defectos o presentar los documentos preceptivos. Si la persona aspirante no cumple este requerimiento, se considerará que desiste de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;3. Acabado el plazo mencionado y subsanadas, en su caso, las solicitudes, el jefe de estudios de Seguridad y Emergencias de la EBAP publicará la lista definitiva de las personas admitidas y excluidas en la web &amp;lt;&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&amp;gt;, la cual será elevada al director gerente de la EBAP para que dicte la correspondiente resolución, y se convocará a las personas admitidas a la realización de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;Los días, las horas y los lugares de realización de las pruebas objeto de esta convocatoria se anunciarán con una antelación mínima de tres días en la web de la EBAP &amp;lt;&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;&amp;gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;6. Comisión Técnica de Valoración&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica de Valoración es el órgano encargado de evaluar las pruebas y su composición es la indicada en el anexo 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración tienen que abstenerse de intervenir si concurren los motivos que prevé el artículo 23.2 la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de Régimen Jurídico del Sector Público, y tienen que comunicarlo a la autoridad que los haya nombrado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Para que la Comisión Técnica de Valoración se constituya válidamente y a efectos de llevar a cabo las sesiones, las deliberaciones, las valoraciones, las puntuaciones y la toma de acuerdos, se requiere siempre la presencia en las sesiones del presidente, el secretario y la mayoría de los vocales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Comisión Técnica de Valoración dispondrá la incorporación a las pruebas, como asesores o colaboradores y con la condición de jueces o monitores, de las personas que considere necesarias a fin de que realicen las tareas de colaboración, coordinación u otras de similares que sean necesarias en el desarrollo de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En cualquier momento del procedimiento, si la Comisión Técnica de Valoración tiene conocimiento que alguna de las personas aspirantes no cumple alguno de los requisitos exigidos por la convocatoria, tendrá que proponer su exclusión al director gerente de la EBAP. Con dicho fin hará constar en acta las causas que justifiquen su propuesta. Hay que garantizar la audiencia previa a la persona interesada y otorgarle un plazo de cinco días para presentar las alegaciones que considere oportunas. El director gerente de la EBAP resolverá lo que sea procedente en derecho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La EBAP puede decidir la realización de pruebas de consumo de sustancias o grupos farmacológicos prohibidos, estimulantes o cualquier tipo de dopaje destinados a aumentar la capacidad física o a modificar los resultados de la prueba; las personas aspirantes que den positivo en el consumo de estas sustancias quedarán eliminadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las funciones básicas de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Valorar las pruebas que son el objeto de esta convocatoria en la forma previstas en las bases de la convocatoria.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Hacer constar en acta los hechos y los resultados de su actuación y las decisiones que en cada momento adopte, así como todas las actuaciones y posibles incidencias derivadas de la realización de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Elaborar la lista de personas que han superado las pruebas para acreditar la aptitud física después de revisar las alegaciones que se presenten en el plazo establecido. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Proponer al director gerente de la EBAP que resuelva aprobar la lista de personas que han superado las pruebas de aptitud física.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Velar por el cumplimiento de estas bases y, en especial, de las normas que regirán el desarrollo de las pruebas, de conformidad con la base 7.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Proponer al director gerente de la EBAP la exclusión de las personas a las que se hay aplicado la base 8.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;7. Requisitos de acceso, comportamiento e indumentaria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las normas que regirán el desarrollo de las pruebas para acreditar la aptitud física, y que son de obligado cumplimiento para las personas aspirantes convocadas, son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Sólo se permitirá el acceso al recinto donde se desarrollarán las pruebas a las personas convocadas y a los miembros de la Comisión y a los jueces o monitores que ésta haya designado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Es obligatorio desconectar los teléfonos móviles antes de entrar en el recinto de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El comportamiento de las personas convocadas tiene que ser respetuoso con los instructores y monitores y con el resto de aspirantes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La indumentaria deportiva tiene que ser adecuada a cada tipo de prueba y tiene que ajustarse a los requisitos de las instalaciones deportivas. No está permitida la exhibición de logotipos de tipo político, sexista, racista, etc. Con respecto al calzado, no está permitido el uso de deportivas con clavos, ni tampoco ningún elemento de ayuda en las manos. Para la prueba de natación es obligatorio el uso de bañador, gorro de baño y chancletas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- En el transcurso de las pruebas, no se permitirá la grabación de las pruebas por ningún medio audiovisual que pudiera afectar la seguridad, el derecho a la intimidad personal y la propia imagen de los participantes, de los miembros de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración o de los colaboradores.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas aspirantes tienen que acceder con el DNI o cualquier otro documento acreditativo de identidad, si bien los policías pueden hacerlo con su carné profesional. La no presentación de esta documentación supone la imposibilidad de realizar las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas aspirantes no podrán abandonar los lugares habilitados para realizar las pruebas con la excepción de aquellas que resulten no aptas o sean eliminadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que la Comisión Técnica de Valoración detecte el incumplimiento de alguna de estas normas por parte de las personas aspirantes, hará constar este hecho en acta y propondrá su exclusión al director gerente de la EBAP, con la audiencia previa de la persona interesada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de lesión o necesidad de asistencia médica, las personas aspirantes tendrán que acudir a los centros médicos concertados por sus administraciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;8. Exclusiones&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Las circunstancias que imposibilitan la realización de las pruebas y que, previa consideración de la Comisión de Técnica de Valoración, determinarán la exclusión automática de las personas aspirantes convocadas, son las siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No presentarse a la prueba en el día, la hora y el lugar señalados a estos efectos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No llevar la indumentaria adecuada, el calzado exigido y el gorro de baño, o que sean inadecuados o no permitidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Negarse a hacer las pruebas antidopaje o dar positivo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No presentar el DNI o cualquier otro documento acreditativo de identidad en el momento de la realización de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No haber aportado el certificado médico oficial previsto en la base 2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Estar en situación de incapacidad temporal declarada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Incumplir las normas que establece el punto 7 de estas bases.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Falsear cualquiera de los datos declarados en la declaración responsable.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;9. Criterios generales de evaluación &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las personas encargadas de hacer de jueces o monitores en las pruebas de aptitud física serán las que determine la EBAP a petición de la Comisión Técnica de Valoración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La Comisión Técnica de Valoración tiene que hacer una lectura lenta y clara de cada prueba antes del inicio de la evaluación para unificar criterios y, si es necesario, hará una demostración.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El juez será la persona encargada de fijar la marca obtenida por la persona aspirante en la ejecución de cada prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Todas las personas aspirantes tienen que llevar a cabo las pruebas en la misma posición y condiciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- La valoración de cada una de las pruebas físicas será de 0 a 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Las pruebas físicas se tienen que superar globalmente, de acuerdo con el baremo que se señala. La nota final será la media obtenida en las puntuaciones de cada una de las pruebas, si bien el resultado global de esta prueba se tiene que otorgar siempre que la persona aspirante haya superado un mínimo de 4 de las pruebas parciales con una nota mínima de 5 puntos o superior y que, en la otra prueba parcial, la nota sea de 3 puntos o superior. La nota media para ser apto se otorgará siempre que el resultado sea de 5 puntos o superior; si es inferior a 5 puntos, la calificación será no apto.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El juez interpretará todas aquellas cuestiones deportivas no recogidas en estas bases que puedan surgir durante la realización de cada prueba.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- Todo el material usado en los ejercicios, con excepción, obviamente, de la indumentaria deportiva personal, será el que la organización haya dispuesto para este fin.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- No se considerará motivo para repetir las pruebas el hecho de que durante la su ejecución cualquier aspirante sufra una indisposición o lesión deportiva.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;- El orden de las pruebas se establece para valorar, por este orden, la velocidad, la fuerza y la resistencia, y será el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Velocidad (50 metros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Fuerza explosiva del tren superior (lanzamiento de pelota medicinal)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Fuerza explosiva del tren inferior (salto con los pies juntos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Resistencia (1.000 metros)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-left:40px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;5. Natación (50 metros estilo libre)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;10. Lista de personas que han superado las pruebas y resolución de convocatoria&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. La Comisión Técnica de Valoración, una vez finalizadas las pruebas objeto de esta convocatoria, publicará en la web de la EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;) la relación provisional de personas aspirantes que las han superado, con indicación de la puntuación obtenida y del número de DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Las personas aspirantes dispondrán de un plazo de dos días desde la publicación de la lista para efectuar las reclamaciones oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. La Comisión Técnica de Valoración, en un plazo de siete días, tiene que resolver las reclamaciones y hacer pública la lista definitiva de aspirantes que han superado las pruebas, con indicación de la puntuación obtenida y del número de DNI.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. La Comisión Técnica de Valoración elevará la propuesta definitiva al director gerente de la EBAP, que dictará la correspondiente resolución, la cual será publicada en la web de la EBAP (&lt;em&gt;http://ebap.caib.es&lt;/em&gt;).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;11. Certificados&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Escuela Balear de Administración Pública expedirá los certificados de aptitud física de las personas que hayan superado las pruebas objeto de esta convocatoria, con indicación de la calificación final obtenida.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="color:null"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La validez de los certificados es de dos años desde el día de la superación de las pruebas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
