es 10358 2018-10-06 2018-10-05 CAIB ![CDATA[Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 4 de octubre de 2018 por la que se aprueban las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de médico/médica de urgencia hospitalaria del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario Tramuntana de Mallorca convocado por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de 28 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB n.º 67/2018, de 31 de mayo)]] CAIB 110 33980 es text/html 614322 CAIB 33981 2018-10-06 ![CDATA[<div class="WordSection1"> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Hechos y fundamentos de derecho</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1. <span style="color:black">Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 28 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB n.º 67/2018, de 31 de mayo, modificada por la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 9 de julio de 2018 publicada en el BOIB n.º 86/2018, de 12 de julio) se aprobaron las bases comunes que constituyen el régimen jurídico que rige de modo uniforme el desarrollo de las pruebas selectivas para cubrir las plazas correspondientes a las ofertas de empleo público de los años 2016 y 2017 aprobadas por los acuerdos del Consejo de Gobierno de 16 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB n.º 158/2016, de 17 de diciembre), de 27 de enero de 2017 (BOIB n.º 12/2017, de 28 de enero) y de 22 de diciembre de 2017 (BOIB n.º 157/2017, de 23 de diciembre) del personal dependiente del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de la categoría de médico/médica de urgencia hospitalaria.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. <span style="color:black">Por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 24 de julio 2018 (BOIB n.º 101/2018, de 16 de agosto) se convocó un concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de de médico/médica de urgencia hospitalaria del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario Tramuntana de Mallorca.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. <span style="color:black">La base 4.1 de la convocatoria general (Resolución del director general de 28 de mayo de 2018 y su modificación posterior) establece que, una vez vencido el plazo para presentar solicitudes, el director general del Servicio de Salud dictará una resolución para aprobar las listas provisionales de admitidos y de excluidos del proceso selectivo.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">Por todo ello dicto la siguiente</span></span></p> <p style="text-align:center"><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">1. <span style="color:black">Aprobar las listas provisionales de aspirantes admitidos y excluidos del concurso-oposición para cubrir plazas vacantes de la categoría de médico/médica de urgencia hospitalaria del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares correspondientes al sector sanitario Tramuntana de Mallorca convocado por medio de la Resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares de 24 de mayo 2018 (BOIB n.º 101/2018, de 16 de agosto), que se adjuntan como anexo. En la lista provisional de admitidos figuran el nombre, los apellidos y el DNI, y en la lista provisional de excluidos figura también la causa de su exclusión.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">2. <span style="color:black">Con la finalidad de evitar errores y, si se producen, posibilitar que se corrijan en tiempo y forma, los aspirantes deben comprobar no solo que no figuran en la lista de excluidos sino también que figuran en la de admitidos.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">3. <span style="color:black">Determinar que los aspirantes disponen de un plazo de diez días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente a la fecha de publicación de esta resolución para presentar reclamaciones —que no tendrán el carácter de recurso— o para subsanar el defecto que haya motivado su exclusión. Toda reclamación que se presente debe entenderse rechazada si quien la haya presentado no aparece como admitido en la resolución en que se publicarán las listas definitivas. Quien no subsane los defectos en el plazo establecido será excluido del proceso selectivo. Asimismo, quien detecte errores en la consignación de sus datos personales puede manifestarlo en ese mismo plazo.</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:normal">4. <span style="color:black">Determinar que el ejercicio de la fase de oposición se llevará a cabo el día 25 de noviembre de 2018, a las 10.00 horas, en la Universidad de las Islas Baleares. Carretera de Valldemossa, Km 7,5.
