    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía de 24 de septiembre de 2018, se ha resuelto aprobar las bases que regirán la convocatoria de las Becas de Formación 2018, destinadas a colaborar económicamente con los jóvenes que realicen estudios o actividades formativas para el ocio y el deporte (como por ejemplo cursos de monitor y director de tiempo libre, entrenadores deportivos, formación musical, etc.), así como autorizar el gasto máximo previsto para esta convocatoria y publicar su texto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, por lo que se hace público dicho acuerdo y el texto íntegro:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;BASES PARA LA CONCESIÓN DE LAS BECAS DE FORMACIÓN 2018 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. OBJETO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;La Regidoría de Juventud del Ayuntamiento de Algaida promueve las presentes BECAS DE FORMACIÓN, que tienen por objeto colaborar económicamente con los jóvenes que realicen estudios o actividades formativas para el ocio y el deporte (como por ejemplo, cursos de monitor y director de tiempo libre, entrenadores deportivos, formación musical, etc.). Quedan excluidos los estudios universitarios, de formación profesional y los estudios que se cursen en la Escuela Municipal de Música de Algaida o escuelas de idiomas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2. RÉGIMEN APLICABLE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;La presente convocatoria se somete a la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones, y el Real Decreto 887/2006, de 21 de julio, que la desarrolla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Esta convocatoria se publicará en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares. También se encontrará a disposición de todos los interesados en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Algaida (http://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es). &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3. CONSIGNACIÓN PRESUPUESTARIA Y CUANTÍA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;El presupuesto máximo que se destinará para la concesión de las ayudas reguladas en las presentes bases será de MIL EUROS (1.000,00 €), con cargo al vigente presupuesto municipal 2018, aplicación presupuestaria 2018/0/337/48600.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;La cuantía de las ayudas económicas será de 60,00 € cada una.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de que el total de ayudas supere la consignación presupuestaria, se reducirán proporcionalmente las cantidades concedidas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;4. CONDICIONES GENERALES DE LOS SOLICITANTES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Podrán acogerse a esta convocatoria los jóvenes que entre el día 1 de septiembre de 2017 y la fecha de aprobación de las presentes bases reguladoras hayan realizado el pago de la matrícula de la acción formativa objeto de subvención de la presente convocatoria, y que reúnan las siguientes condiciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Estar empadronados en el municipio de Algaida (el Ayuntamiento lo comprobará de oficio).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Tener edades comprendidas entre los 16 y los 30 años, en el momento de hacer la matrícula.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Hallarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la seguridad social.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;No encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;5. FORMA Y PLAZO DE PRESENTACIÓN DE SOLICITUDES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Las instancias se dirigirán a la Alcaldía del Ayuntamiento de Algaida, y se presentarán en el Registro General del Ayuntamiento de Algaida o en los lugares previstos en el artículo 16.4 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, de procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Los solicitantes deberán adjuntar a la solicitud (Anexo 1) la siguiente documentación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ol style="list-style-type:lower-alpha"&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Identificación de quien suscribe la solicitud y del carácter con que lo hace, mediante fotocopia de su DNI, NIF u otro documento acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Identificación de quién será el beneficiario mediante fotocopia de su DNI, NIF u otro documento acreditativo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable por parte del beneficiario, si es mayor de edad, de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, y de no encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones. En caso de ser menor de edad la declaración deberá ser firmada por el padre, madre o tutor legal (Anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de matrícula y/o justificante de los estudios o actividades formativas a los que solicita la ayuda. Se aceptará también copia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Datos de la cuenta bancaria a la que se debe transferir el importe de la ayuda económica que, en su caso, se puede conceder al solicitante (Anexo 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ol&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;En caso de ser menor de edad, la solicitud deberá ser firmada por el padre, madre o tutor legal.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;El plazo de presentación de las solicitudes será de 15 días naturales, contados a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de las presentes bases en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares (BOIB).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;La falta de presentación de alguno de los documentos exigidos, o la falta de cumplimentación dentro del plazo de subsanación de solicitudes, que, en su caso, se puede conceder a los interesados, podrá dar lugar, de acuerdo a lo dispuesto en el artículo 68 de la Ley 39/2015, a tenerlo por desistido de la solicitud presentada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;6. RÉGIMEN DE LAS AYUDAS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La concesión de las ayudas se llevará a cabo mediante el régimen de concurrencia no competitiva. Sólo podrán obtener la ayuda económica aquellos solicitantes que, reuniendo los requisitos exigidos, cumplan las condiciones señaladas en la base 4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Las ayudas objeto de esta convocatoria son compatibles con otras ayudas efectuadas por cualquier otra administración pública o institución privada.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;7. COMISIÓN DE VALORACIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Para la valoración de las solicitudes presentadas se constituirá una comisión de valoración, que estará compuesta por:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Presidencia: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;-La Alcaldesa o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Vocales: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;- Maria Francisca Martí Maria, Dinamizadora Juvenil del Ayuntamiento de Algaida, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;- Joan Obrador Esteva, Interventor de Fondos del Ayuntamiento, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Secretaria con voz y voto: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;- Maria Magdalena Binimelis Massanet, Secretaria de la Corporación, o persona en quien delegue.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;Corresponde a la comisión de valoración formular la propuesta de resolución. La propuesta, que no tendrá carácter vinculante, deberá expresar el solicitante o la relación de solicitantes para los que se propone la concesión de las ayudas, y su cuantía, expresando los criterios de valoración seguidos para efectuarla.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;8. RESOLUCIÓN DEL PROCEDIMIENTO &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;El órgano competente para resolver el procedimiento es la Alcaldesa del Ayuntamiento de Algaida, que deberá dictar y notificar a los interesados la resolución del procedimiento en el plazo máximo de tres meses a contar desde la publicación de la presente convocatoria en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Los actos de trámite del presente procedimiento, así como la resolución de este, se publicarán en la sede electrónica del Ayuntamiento de Algaida (http://ajalgaida.sedelectronica.es)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Declaración responsable por parte del beneficiario, si es mayor de edad, de encontrarse al corriente de las obligaciones tributarias y con la Seguridad Social, y de no encontrarse incurso en ninguna de las causas de incompatibilidad y cumplir los requisitos que fija el artículo 13 de la Ley 38/2003, de 17 de noviembre, general de subvenciones. En caso de ser menor de edad la declaración deberá ser firmada por el padre, madre o tutor legal (Anexo 2).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Certificado de matrícula y/o justificante de los estudios o actividades formativas a los que solicita la ayuda.
