&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SENTENCIA Nº52/17 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En Inca, a 4 de abril de 2017 Vistos por D. Alberto Sánchez del Olmo, Juez del Juzgado de Primera Instancia e Instrucción número 4 de Inca los presentes autos de relaciones paterno filiales 253/2015, promovidos por VIRGINIA PLANCHESTEINER, representada por la procuradora Catalina Juan Femenía y asistida por la letrada Neus Linares Llabrés, frente a GERARDO DAMIÁN PEREIRA RUÍZ-DÍAZ. Interviene así mismo el Ministerio Fiscal en defensa de los intereses del menor de edad. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ESTIMO parcialmente la demanda interpuesta por VIRGINIA PLANCHESTEINER, frente a GERARDO DAMIÁN PEREIRA RUÍZ-DÍAZ y, en consecuencia, acuerdo las siguientes medidas en relación a la menor de edad: Código Seguro de Verificación E04799402-MI:bMJv-J4dU-ThZU-kQhs-B Puede verificar este documento en https://sedejudicial.justicia.es Patria potestad conjunta si bien ejercida de forma exclusiva por la madre. Guardia y custodia para la madre. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;No se establece régimen de visitas a favor del padre.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Pensión de alimentos a cargo del padre y a favor de la hija menor en cuantía de 200 euros mensuales que se pagarán en los términos expuestos en el Fundamento de Derecho Sexto. Los gastos extraordinarios se pagarán por mitad. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin hacer especial pronunciamiento sobre las costas procesales causadas. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta resolución cabe interponer recurso de apelación ante este Juzgado y en el plazo de 20 días para su resolución por la Audiencia Provincial. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que en virtud de lo acordado en los autos de referencia, y de conformidad con lo dispuesto en los artículos 156.4 y 164 de la L.E.C. por el presente se notifica a GERARDO DAMIAN PEREIRA RUIZ-DIAZ la Sentencia Nº52/17 de fecha 04/04/2017. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En INCA a nueve de julio de dos mil dieciocho &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
