    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Se hace público que el Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell Insular de Menorca, en sesión ordinaria de día 17 de septiembre de 2018, de conformidad con las bases aprobadas en fecha 30.7.2018 y publicadas en el BOIB núm.102 de 18.8.2018, adoptó el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Modificar el acuerdo adoptado por el Consejo Ejecutivo de día 30 de julio de 2018 en relación con la aprobación de las bases y la convocatoria de ayudas de minimis para la creación en artes visuales y audiovisuales año 2018, de la manera siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Primero. Por lo que respecta al importe global máximo y crédito presupuestario, donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;a) Importe global máximo de las ayudas de minimis y crédito presupuestario:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;En el caso que para una línea no se agote la consignación presupuestaria, la cantidad sobrante se asignará a una de las otras líneas de ayudas por el siguiente orden de preferencia: 1. investigación, 2. formación, 3. producción de obra, 4. producción de exposiciones y 5. proyectos audiovisuales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El importe máximo a que se destina la convocatoria únicamente es podrá ampliar, sin necesidad de nueva publicación, en el supuesto de aportaciones expresas de terceros para contribuir a la financiación del objeto de la convocatoria y que se hayan concretado posteriormente a su aprobación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Los importes anteriores se imputarán de acuerdo con la distribución anual y las partidas presupuestarias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Segundo. Por lo que se refiere a la base 3.4, que hace referencia a requisitos y condiciones de les actividades subvencionadas, donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;En el caso de los proyectos seleccionados, se cederán, por el plazo de dos años, los derechos de reproducción para la divulgación, comunicación, etc del proyecto o la actividad con carácter exclusivo y para cualquier país del mundo, tanto en la exposición (incluyendo las posibles itinerancias) como en la divulgación y la comunicación (publicaciones, dossier de prensa, etc.).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Ha de decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;4.&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&lt;strong&gt; &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;En el caso de los proyectos seleccionados, la aceptación de la subvención implicará la cesión al Consell Insular de Menorca, por el plazo de dos años, de los derechos de reproducción para la divulgación, comunicación, etc. del proyecto o la actividad, para cualquier país del mundo, tanto en la exposición (incluyendo las posibles itinerancias) como en la divulgación y la comunicación (publicaciones, dossier de prensa, etc.), sin perjuicio del resto de los derechos de autor y otros derechos que integran la propiedad intelectual, como los derechos patrimoniales y los derechos morales, de acuerdo con el ordenamiento legal que sea de aplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;Contra este acuerdo que no agota la via administrativa se puede interponer un recurso de alzada ante la Comisión de Gobierno en el plazo de un mes a partir del dia siguiente en que se haya publicado, de acuerdo con el artículo 122 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y el artículo 22 de la Ley 8/2000, de 27 de octubre, de los consejos insulares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;El mencionado recurso se entenderá desestimado, si no se notifica la resolución correspondiente, cuando hayan transcurrido tres meses des de su interposición. Contra la desestimación del recurso de alzada por silencio administrativo se puede interponer recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado Contencioso Administrativo de Palma&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
