Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones 398949</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">El vicepresidente segundo y consejero<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejero|conseller]&gt;</span> ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, hoy, ha resuelto </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>«Resolución relativa a la adjudicación de la convocatoria de subvenciones destinadas a fomentar la promoción sociocultural y el asociacionismo, año 2018</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>»Antecedentes</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»1. El vicepresidente segundo y consejero<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejero|conseller]&gt;</span> ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, día 9 de mayo de 2018, aprobó el expediente de convocatoria pública de subvenciones destinadas a fomentar la promoción sociocultural y el asociacionismo, año 2018 (BOIB nº. 64, de 24 de mayo de 2018).</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»2. La Comisión Técnica de Evaluación, reunida el día 11 de septiembre de 2018, examinó y evaluó las solicitudes presentadas. Así, de acuerdo con lo que se establece en el apartado 12 de la convocatoria, y dado que el crédito existente es suficiente para atender las peticiones que reúnen los requisists para ser beneficiarias, propuso conceder a las entidades admitidas la cuantía solicitada, excepto a:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»«a) Sandungueros Samba Club, la Comisión concluye que en el proyecto en cuestión se prevén gastos, relativos a la participación en las Fiestas de Sant Llorenç del municipio de Alaior, Menorca, que no son subvencionables ya que no tienen una repercusión y un beneficio en la comunidad de Mallorca, de acuerdo con lo que se prevé en la convocatoria, apartado tercero (objeto de la convocatoria). Asimismo, se prevén gastos relativos a camisetas festival, camisetas Desfile Lloseta, estampación de camisetas y de sudaderas; entonces, la Comisión concluye que ante la indeterminación del proyecto en relación al destino de estos gastos, éstas se tienen que considerar material de merchandising y, por esta razón, gastos no subvencionables de acuerdo con el apartado 16 de la convocatoria que establece que no se consideran gastos subvencionables el «material de merchandising». Por lo tanto, se acuerda que la cuantía máxima que se podrá otorgar a esta entidad será la resultante de disminuir la cantidad del proyecto en el importe presupuestado por estos gastos. </span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»»b) Obra Cultural Balear, la Comisión concluye que al proyecto en cuestión se prevén gastos, <em>perchas, camisetas y polos</em>, que no son subvencionables ya que, teniendo en consideración el número de unidades previstas, se considera material de merchandising, y, de acuerdo con el apartado 16 de la convocatoria, no se consideran gastos subvencionables, el «material de merchandising».<em> </em>Por lo tanto, se acuerda que la cuantía máxima que se podrá otorgar a esta entidad será la resultante de disminuir la cantidad del proyecto en el importe presupuestado por estos gastos. »</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»3. Día 17 de septiembre de 2018, el órgano instructor emitió informe relativo al cumplimiento<span style="display:none">&lt;A[cumplimiento|cumplido]&gt;</span> por parte de las entidades beneficiarias de los requisitos necesarios para acceder a la subvención.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»4. La aportación económica que representa la convocatoria está prevista dentro del presupuesto del Consell de Mallorca para el año 2018 con cargo en la partida presupuestaria 00.23180.48900, y se dispone de los correspondientes certificado de existencia de crédito.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»5. Día 24 de septiembre de 2018, la Intervención General del Consell de Mallorca emitió informe de fiscalización previa del expediente.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><strong>»Fundamentos</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">»1. La Ordenanza General de Subvenciones del Consell Insular de Mallorca aprobada por el Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión de día 23 de diciembre de 2016, BOIB nº. 21, de 18 de febrero de 2017.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">»2. La convocatoria pública de subvenciones destinadas a fomentar la promoción sociocultural y el asociacionismo, año 2018 aprobada por resolución del vicepresidente segundo y consejero<span style="display:none">&lt;A[consejero|conseller]&gt;</span> ejecutivo de Participación Ciudadana y Presidencia, día 9 de mayo de 2018 (BOIB nº. 64 de día 24 de mayo de 2018). </span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="color:black">»3.
