    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;El Decreto 5/1997, de 23 de enero, creó el Premio Ramon Llull del Gobierno de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears. Actualmente, este galardón se rige por el Decreto 3/2014, de 10 de enero, por el que se regula el Premio Ramon Llull del Gobierno de las Illes Balears, que deroga el Decreto 5/1997.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Este decreto establece, en el artículo 1, que el Premio Ramon Llull del Gobierno de las Illes Balears es una distinción que tiene por objeto honrar, de forma individual o colectiva, a las personas físicas o jurídicas que hayan destacado dentro del territorio de las Illes Balears por los servicios prestados en los ámbitos cultural, deportivo, jurídico, empresarial, cívico, humanitario, de investigación, de la enseñanza y lingüístico.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 2 del Decreto 3/2014, el Premio Ramon Llull se tiene que otorgar mediante un acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno, de conformidad con el procedimiento establecido en el Decreto, y se debe entregar anualmente coincidiendo con la celebración de los actos conmemorativos del Día de las Illes Balears, a menos que, por circunstancias excepcionales, no sea posible o sea preferible otra fecha para la entrega.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El artículo 5 dispone que la Consejería de Presidencia tiene que publicar en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;, antes del 31 de octubre de cada año, la resolución de convocatoria para presentar candidaturas al Premio Ramon Llull del Gobierno de las Illes Balears del ejercicio siguiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por otra parte, el artículo 6 dispone que se tiene que constituir un jurado para considerar y valorar las candidaturas de los premios Ramon Llull de cada año, compuesto por un representante de cada consejería, que debe tener la condición de alto cargo, además de la presidenta, cargo que corresponde a la consejera de Presidencia. La secretaría del jurado puede recaer en un técnico o técnica de la Consejería de Presidencia de categoría igual o superior a jefe de servicio, nombrado por la consejera.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por todo ello, de acuerdo con el informe justificativo del director general de Relaciones Institucionales y Acción Exterior del día 4 de septiembre de 2018, las propuestas de miembros del jurado realizadas por las consejerías, y teniendo en cuenta los artículos 3&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;k&lt;/em&gt;, 4.3, 4.6 y 33 de la Ley 11/2016, de 28 de julio, de igualdad de mujeres y hombres, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Resolución&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1. Convocar la presentación de candidaturas al Premio Ramon Llull del Govern de las Illes Balears para el año 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2. Establecer que el plazo para presentar candidaturas empieza a contar a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt; y termina el día 17 de diciembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;3. Establecer que las candidaturas que se presenten se tienen que ajustar a lo especificado en los artículos 4 y 5 del Decreto 3/2014, de 10 de enero, y que se deben presentar de acuerdo con los modelos disponibles en la página web de la Consejería de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;4. Nombrar al jurado encargado de considerar y valorar las candidaturas y de elevar al Consejo de Gobierno la propuesta de concesión de la distinción, cuya composición figura en el anexo 1 de esta resolución. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
