Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) perla que se convocan subvenciones para el apoyo a las actividades de información y promoción realizadas por grupos de productores en el mercado interno, correspondientes al período 2015 -2019.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 31 de enero 2018, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 10 &nbsp;solicitudes de ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">4. Los interesados señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, dentro del plazo establecido y en la forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">5. Las actuaciones solicitadas por los interesados cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria para poder ser subvencionables.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">6. Real Decreto 1075/2014, de 19 de diciembre, sobre la aplicación a partir de 2015 de los pagos directos a la agricultura ya la ganadería y otros regímenes de ayuda, así como sobre la gestión y control de los pagos directos y los pagos al desarrollo rural.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">8. Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014 a 2020.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">14. Ley 12/2014, de 16 de diciembre, agraria de las Islas Baleares.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">15. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">16. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre de régimen jurídico de las administraciones públicas y del procedimiento administrativo común</span></span></p> <p><strong><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Propuesta de Resolución de Concesión</span></span></strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">1. Conceder la ayuda solicitada a los beneficiarios por los importes y con los plazos detallados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 8&nbsp;expedientes y que comienza con CRDOP&nbsp;OLIVA DE MALLORCA&nbsp;&nbsp;y termina con CRDE SOBRASSADA DE MALLORCA, que suma un importe total de 638.550,00 euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Promoción e información en programas de calidad 2015 a 2.019."</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">2. Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalado a cada uno de los beneficiarios con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentajes de cofinanciación detallados en el Anexo I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">3. Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones de los beneficiarios serán las indicadas en el Anexo II.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">4. Notificar la resolución a cada uno de los beneficiarios del Anexo I.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:114%">Interposición de recursos</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><em>Mantener los requisitos y condiciones exigibles por un periodo mínimo de 6 meses y, en todo caso, hasta el pago de la ayuda.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:120%"><em><em>Aportar los justificantes necesarios para la comprobación de los datos incluidos en la solicitud, así como facilitar toda la documentación complementaria requerida para acreditar los requisitos exigidos.</em></em></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif;
