&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Que en el procedimiento PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 0001206 /2013 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª PATRICIA OFFERRAL MARTINEZ contra la empresa SERVEIS ESPECIALS&amp;nbsp;D'EIVISSA SL, sobre ORDINARIO , se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta :&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SENTENCIA : 00445/2017&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En Palma de Mallorca, a veintisiete de octubre de dos mil diecisiete.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Vistos por mi, Elena Lillo Pastor, Magistrada-Juez Titular del Juzgado de lo Social número Uno de Palma de Mallorca, los presentes autos de juicio sobre reclamación de cantidad seguidos ante este Juzgado con el número 1206/2013, a instancia de &lt;strong&gt;D.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ª &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PATRICIA OFERRAL MARTÍNEZ &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;, &lt;/strong&gt;asistida jurídicamente por el Letrado Sr. Caries Juanes, contra la entidad &lt;strong&gt;SERVEIS ESPECIALS D&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;'&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EIVISSA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;S&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;L.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ESTIMAR &lt;/strong&gt;la demanda interpuesta por D.ª PATRIC IA OFERRAL MARTÍNEZ contra la entidad SERVEIS ESPECIALS D'EIVISSA. S. L.., &lt;strong&gt;CONDENANDO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;A LA&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DEMANDADA &lt;/strong&gt;a los siguientes pronunciamientos : &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1.- Al pago de la suma de 228'01 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2.- Al pago por la entidad demandada del interés previsto en el artículo&amp;nbsp;29.3 del Estatuto de los Trabajadores .&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes esta resolución, haciéndoles saber que contra la misma &lt;strong&gt;no &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;cabe &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RECURSO ALGUNO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;, &lt;/strong&gt;según lo dispuesto en el artículo 191.2.g) de la Ley 36/2011, de 1O de octubre, Reguladora de la Jurisdicción Social.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Llévese el original al libro de sentencias.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo .&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PUBLICACIÓN.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;- &lt;/strong&gt;Leída y publicada ha sido la anterior sentencia por la Ilustrísima Sra. Magistrada-Juez que la dictó, hallándose celebrado audiencia pública, en el mismo día de su fecha. Doy fe .&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a SERVEIS ESPECIALS D'EIVISSA SL, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletin Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS .&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento .&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
