es 40 CAIB 31813 2018-09-17 es 2018-09-20 ![CDATA[Aprobación definitivia modificación tasas esportivas]] CAIB 31812 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Aprobación definitiva de la modificación de la Ordenanza Fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de servicios y realización de actividades en las instalaciones deportivas municipales, una vez finalizado el plazo de exposición pública sin que se hayan presentado alegaciones .</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Se publica el texto íntegro de la misma para su entrada en vigor y aplicación, en cumplimiento de lo previsto en el artículo 17.4 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004 de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Contra este acuerdo, que es definitivo en vía administrativa, sólo puede interponerse el recurso contencioso administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de Palma, en el plazo de dos meses, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">No obstante lo anterior, se puede formular cualquier otro recurso que se considere adecuado.</span></p> <p><strong>APROBACIÓN DE LA MODIFICACIÓN DE LA ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA POR LA PRESTACIÓN DE SERVICIOS Y REALIZACIÓN DE ACTIVIDADES EN LAS INSTALACIONES DEPORTIVAS MUNICIPALES</strong></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Antecedentes:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Primero.- La Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de servicios y realización de actividades en las instalaciones deportivas municipales fue modificada por última vez por acuerdo del Pleno de 10 de febrero de 2016, sin que desde ese momento se haya introducido ninguna actualización o modificación.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Segundo.- El concejal de deportes ha estado en contacto con los usuarios de las diferentes instalaciones deportivas y ha constatado la necesidad de llevar una serie de modificaciones en las cuotas de la tasa de la piscina municipal y la introducción de un carné familiar para residentes</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">Propuesta de dictamen para ser aprobado en sesión Plenaria:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px">Primero.- Aprobación provisional de la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por la prestación de servicios y realización de actividades en las instalaciones deportivas municipales, siendo la redacción propuesta la siguiente:</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">"Artículo 5.
