&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ANUNCIO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el presente procedimiento seguido a instancia de MARTHA VIVIAN SILVA DEBENEY frente a MANUEL ANTONIO PERDOMO PEREZ se ha dictado sentencia cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SENTENCIA 47/2018&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;JUEZ QUE LA DICTA: MARIA LORETO ARROYO ABAD&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;LUGAR: MAÓ &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Fecha: 17 de abril de 2018 &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Que estimando la demanda formulada por la Procuradora Dª Julia de la Camara Maneiro en nombre y representación de Dª Martha Vivian Silva Debeney contra D. Manuel Antonio Perdomo Perez debo declarar y declaro la disolución por divorcio del matrimonio contraído por ambos cónyuges en Moron, Cuba, en fecha 20 de Marzo de 2008.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Quedan revocados los consentimientos y poderes otorgados entre si por los conyuges.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;No se hace imposición de costas a ninguna de las partes. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Firme que sea esta resolución líbrese oficio exhortatorio al Encargado del Registro Civil Central.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACIÓN&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;: recurso de apelación, que se interpondrá ante el Tribunal que haya dictado la resolución que se impugne dentro del plazo de veinte días contados desde el día siguiente de la notificación de aquélla. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dicho recurso carecerá de efectos suspensivos, sin que en ningún caso proceda actuar en sentido contrario a lo resuelto (artículo 456.2 L.E.C.). &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia lo pronuncio, mando y firmo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;EL/LA MAGISTRADO/JUEZ,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y encontrándose dicho demandado, MANUEL ANTONIO PERDOMO PEREZ en ignorado paradero, se extiende la presente para que sirva de notificación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En MAÓ, a seis de septiembre de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
