CAIB 9466 2018-09-18 es 31554 2018-09-14 2018-09-18 ![CDATA[Aprobación definitiva expediente 2018/011086 de modificación de créditos para la aplicación del superávit presupuestario]] CAIB 31554 es 613382 ![CDATA[<p><span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"><span style="line-height:150%"><span style="line-height:150%">En cumplimiento del artículo 169.1, por remisión del 177.2 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, aprobado por el Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, al no haberse presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el Acuerdo plenario fecha 2 de agosto de 2018, sobre el expediente de modificación de créditos n.º 2018/011086, del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de crédito extraordinario, financiado con cargo al remanente de tesorería para gastos generales, que se hace público con el siguiente contenido:</span></span></span></p> <p><span style="font-family:&quot;Times New Roman&quot;,Times,serif">El importe disponible se aplicará en su totalidad a financiar inversiones financieramente sostenibles.
