    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Puesto que no ha sido posible notificar las propuestas de resolución de los Expedientes sancionadores que se relacionan a continuación, instruidos por la Secretaría General de la Conselleria d'Innovació, Recerca i Turisme por presuntas infracciones administrativas en materia de turismo, en ejecución de lo que dispone el artículo 44 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, se notifica que se han dictado las propuestas de resolución siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Expediente número: TU 021/18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Titular: Dultax, SL&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Sanción que se propone: 6.000 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.25cm; text-align:left"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;A efectos del trámite de audiencia, se comunica que las personas interesadas disponen de un plazo de 15 días hábiles a contar desde el día siguiente al de esta publicación para formular alegaciones y presentar los documentos y otros elementos de juicio que consideren oportunos. Se comunica, además, que durante este plazo tienen los Expedientes a su disposición en el Servicio de Control de Empresas y Actividades Turísticas de la Conselleria d'Innovació, Recerca i Turisme (calle de Montenegro, 5, de Palma).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
