    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Por Resolución de Alcaldía de este Ayuntamiento del día 10 de septiembre de 2018, se aprobó la oferta pública siguiente. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Visto que por acuerdo del Pleno de día 19 de marzo de 2018 se aprobó, juntamente con el presupuesto Municipal, la Plantilla del Personal de este Ayuntamiento para el año 2018, publicado al BOIB núm. 57 de día 8 de mayo de 2018. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Visto que a la citada Plantilla figura dotada presupuestariamente de 4 plazas de Policía Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;Visto el informe de la secretaria, y de conformidad con el artículo 21.1. g) de la Ley 7/1985 de abril Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;Por la presente, &lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero&lt;/strong&gt;, aprobar la oferta de Empleo Público para la estabilización de empleo temporal, correspondiente a la/s plaza/s que a continuación se reseñan para el año 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo&lt;/strong&gt;, publicar la oferta de Empleo Público al tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, así como a la página web del Ayuntamiento (dirección &lt;span style="color:black"&gt;http://valldemossa.es) &lt;/span&gt;i al BOIB. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero&lt;/strong&gt;, contra esta resolución, los interesados pueden interpolar recurso potestativo de reposición ante Alcaldia, en el plazo de un mes contado a partir del día siguiente de su publicación al BOIB, y también alternativamente recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado del Contencioso Administrativo, en el plazo de dos meses; sin perjuicio pueden interpolar cualquier otro recurso que se estimen oportuno. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:&amp;quot;Times New Roman&amp;quot;,Times,serif"&gt;La cual cosa se hará público en cumplimiento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:150%"&gt;En cumplimento del artículo 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de la Ley Reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y el artículo 70.2 del texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público aprobado por Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, se publica la Oferta de Ocupación Pública para la estabilización de ocupación temporal del Ayuntamiento de Valldemossa, al &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
