&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;ANUNCIO: &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el presente procedimiento seguido a instancia de CARMEN ALEXI VARGAS ROSALES frente a ROBERTO CARLOS MOLINA VALVERDE se ha dictado sentencia cuyo tenor literal es el siguiente: &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;SENTENCIA Nº79/18 En Mahón, a 17 de julio de 2018 &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;FALLO &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;QUE DEBO ESTIMAR Y ESTIMO INTEGRAMENTE la demanda formulada por la Procuradora Sra. Llabrés, en nombre y representación de Dª. Carmen Alexi Vargas Rosales contra D. Roberto Carlos Molina Valverde y acuerdo las siguientes medidas relativas al menor Leonardo: &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;1º- La patria potestad será compartida, atribuyendo su ejercicio exclusivo a la madre, a quien corresponde también la guarda y custodia del menor, con suspensión del régimen de visitas del padre. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;2ª- En concepto de pensión de alimentos se fija la suma de 50 €/mes, actualizables anualmente conforme al IPC y pagaderos en los 5 primeros días del mes en la c/c que designe el padre. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Los gastos extraordinarios serán por mitad teniendo esta consideración los médicos y farmacéuticos no cubiertos por la Seguridad Social, así como los extraescolares que sean consensuados. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;El progenitor que hubiera realizado el gasto presentará copia de la factura o recibo al otro quien de inmediato satisfará la ½ que le corresponde.&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Todo ello sin expresa declaración en cuanto a las costas causadas. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Contra esta sentencia puede interponerse recurso de apelación, que se presentará en este Juzgado para ante la Audiencia Provincial, en el plazo de veinte días, a contar desde la fecha de su notificación; y poniendo en las actuaciones certificación de la misma, inclúyase la presente en el Libro de sentencias. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo D. Carlos Javier García Diez, Magistrado-Juez del Juzgado de primera Instancia e Instrucción nº 2 de Mahón. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Y como consecuencia del ignorado paradero de ROBERTO CARLOS MOLINA VALVERDE , se extiende la presente para que sirva de notificación. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En MAÓ, a seis de septiembre de dos mil dieciocho. &lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
