&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Fecha de iniciación:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; 19/07/2018&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;RESOLUCIÓN DE LA ALCALDIA &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;A la vista del escrito presentado por Nieves Ribas Ribas, DNI 41448174, en relación a las bases de la convocatoria para la creación de una bolsa de auxiliares administrativos para el año 2018, publicadas en el BOIB núm. 105 de 25 de agosto de 2018, no se ajustan al Reglamento de funcionamiento de bolsines del Ayuntamiento, en cuanto a que deben incluir y valorar méritos que no se reflejan en las bases publicadas.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto el informe jurídico emitido por el técnico de administración general, Sr. Juan Manuel López Llamas,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por el presente, SE AUCORDA:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMERO.&lt;/strong&gt; Estimar parcialmente la petición presentada por Neus Ribas Ribas,en cuanto a la valoración de los méritos y rectificar las bases aprobadas para la creación de una bolsa de auxiliares administrativos y publicadas en el BOIB núm. 105, en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Méritos profesionales o nivel de experiencia. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por servicios prestados a la Administración (ya sea en propiedad, interinamente o en régimen de contrato laboral), desempeñando funciones propias del puesto de auxiliar administrativo, grupo de Clasificación C2, por períodos mensuales completos, demostrables mediante certificación de la administración correspondiente: a razón de 0,25 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Por servicios prestados mediante convenios de colaboración social, desempeñando funciones propias del puesto de auxiliar administrativo, grupo de Clasificación C2, por períodos mensuales completos, demostrables mediante certificación de la administración correspondiente: a razón de 0,15 puntos por mes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;La puntuación máxima será de 10 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se rectifica en el siguiente sentido:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;Méritos profesionales o nivel de experiencia. La puntuación total será de 10 puntos y se valorará de la forma siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1. Experiencia profesional: máximo 6 puntos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.1 Por servicios prestados a la Administración (ya sea en propiedad, interinamente o en régimen de contrato laboral), desempeñando funciones propias del puesto de auxiliar administrativo, grupo de Clasificación C2, por períodos mensuales completos, demostrables mediante certificación de la administración correspondiente: a razón de 0,25 puntos por mes. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:black"&gt;1.2 Por servicios prestados mediante convenios de colaboración social, desempeñando funciones propias del puesto de auxiliar administrativo, grupo de Clasificación C2, por períodos mensuales completos, demostrables mediante certificación de la administración correspondiente: a razón de 0,15 puntos por mes.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&amp;nbsp;Acreditació nivel català superior a exigit a la convocatoria (B2): máximo 0,50 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;Por acreditar el nivel de catalán conforme a lo establecido en el Decreto 11/2017 de 24 de marzo, se puntuará&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;ul&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nivel C1: 0,25 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
	&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:0px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Nivel C2: 0,50 punts.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
	&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Solo se valorará el del nivel superior aportado.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. Titulaciones académicas relacionadas con las funciones del cuerpo, de la escala o de la especialidad:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Título de bachiller superior o equivalente o título de formación profesional de segundo grado…………. 1 punto.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;3. Cursos de formación relacionados con la informática a nivel de &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;usuario, curso básico de prevención de riesgos laborale, del área de calidad y del área jurídico administrativa:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.1&amp;nbsp;Cursos de hasta 20 horas……………………………….. 0,10 puntos. (0,15 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.2&amp;nbsp;Cursos de más de 20 horas y hasta 50 horas……….. 0,30 puntos. (0,35 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3.3&amp;nbsp;Cursos de más de 50 horas ………………………………… 0,50 puntos. (0,60 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;La puntuación máxima en este apartado será de 1,50 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;4. Diplomas, títulos oficiales o certificados referentes a seminarios, congresos y jornadas, relacionados con las funciones de auxiliar administrativo:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.1&amp;nbsp;Asistencia cursos de hasta 20 horas………………….. 0,10 puntos. (0,15 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.2&amp;nbsp;Asistencia cursos de más de 20 horas y hasta 50 horas……….. 0,30 puntos. (0,35 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4.3&amp;nbsp;Asistencia cursos de más de 50 horas …………………… 0,50 puntos. (0,60 puntos si se acredita que lo ha impartido el interesado)&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;La puntuación máxima en este apartado será de 1,00 puntos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/strong&gt;. Aprobar la rectificación de las bases en los términos expresados en el apartado anterior.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO&lt;/strong&gt;: Publicar la presente resolución de rectificación en el BOIB, concediendo un plazo de cinco días hábiles a partir de la publicación del anuncio, para la presentación o completación de la solicitud de admisión a la convocatoria.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
