&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Visto&lt;/strong&gt; que el Batle del Ayuntamiento de Mancor estará fuera del término municipal los días 6,7,8 y 9 de septiembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Atendido&lt;/strong&gt; el artículo 47 del Reglamento Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 8 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen Jurídico de las entidades locales (ROF)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Considerando&lt;/strong&gt; por lo tanto, necesario el nombramiento de Teniente de Alcalde como Alcalde en funciones para asumir las funciones que esta Alcaldia tiene atribuidas a los días señalados anteriormente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Considerando&lt;/strong&gt; las competencias que esta Alcaldia tiene otorgadas por el tenor literal del artículo 21.1 de la Ley de Bases de Régimen Local, arte. 24 f) del Real decreto 781/1986, de 18 de abril, por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de disposiciones Legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, así como el artículo 41 del real decreto 2568/1986 de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización, Funcionamiento y Régimen jurídico de las Entidades Locales,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm; text-align:center"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;RESUELVO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Primero.- &lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar a la Sra. Joana Maria Alba Mateu, primera Teniente de Alcalde del Ayuntamiento de Mancor como Alcaldesa en funciones los días 6,7,8 y 9 de septiembre de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="display:block; line-height:1.6; margin-bottom:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo.&lt;/strong&gt;- Publicar esta Resolución en el BOIB para el general conocimiento en cumplimiento del artículo 64.2 ROF.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero.&lt;/strong&gt;- Dar cuenta al Pleno a la próxima sesión que se celebre.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:100%"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#333333"&gt;Lo manda y firma el Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Mancor de la Vall, de lo que como secretaria, doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
