    <env:contingut rdf:parseType="Literal">![CDATA[&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;La Sra. Alcaldesa Presidenta de esta Corporación Municipal, entre otros, ha adoptado el Decreto nº: 2047/2018, que literalmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;«Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía nº: 1454/2017, de 19 de junio, de constitución de la Junta de Gobierno Local, por el que se nombraba a los miembros integrantes, establecía la periodicidad de las sesiones y delegaba una serie de competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Dado que en fecha 26 de junio del actual y con número del Registro General de Entrada 8189 el regidor Sr. José Ramón Baeza Corrales presentó escrito en el que ponía de manifiesto su renuncia al acta como Regidor de este Ayuntamiento y se dio cuenta al Pleno en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el dia 16 de julio de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Considerando que el Sr. Baeza Corrales era miembro integrante de la Junta de Gobierno Local.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;En el ejercicio de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PRIMER&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;O&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.-&lt;/strong&gt;Nombrar miembro integrante de la Junta de Gobierno Local en sustitución del Sr. Baeza Corrales a la Sra. Anabel Curtó Alemany.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;SEG&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;U&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;.-&lt;/strong&gt;Dar cuenta al Pleno del presente Decreto en la primera sesión que se celebre y publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0px; margin-left:40px; margin-right:0px; margin-top:0px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;TERCERO.&lt;/strong&gt;-Notificar el presente Decreto a los interesados.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p style="margin-bottom:0.21cm"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif; font-size:12px"&gt;Lo que se hace público para conocimiento en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
