&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Mediante Resolución del consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad de 28 de agosto de 2018 se delegó el ejercicio de determinadas competencias en la directora general de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno de la Consejería de Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Se ha advertido un error en el primer apartado de la Resolución respecto de la determinación del órgano delegado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Fundamentos de derecho&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. El artículo 109.2 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas, &lt;em&gt;las administraciones públicas podrán rectificar en cualquier momento, de oficio o a instancia de los interesados, los errores materiales, de hecho o aritméticos existentes en sus actos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. El artículo 56.1 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de Régimen Jurídico de la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears&lt;em&gt;, la revocación de los actos de gravamen o desfavorables y la rectificación de los errores materiales, aritméticos y de hecho en actos y disposiciones administrativas corresponderá al órgano que haya dictado el acto o la disposición.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Resolución &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Rectificar el error observado en el primer apartado de la Resolución del consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad de 28 de agosto de 2018, por la que se delega el ejercicio de determinadas competencias en la directora general de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno de la Consejería de Presidencia, en los términos siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Donde dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Delegar en la secretaria general de la Consejería de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad para ejercer las competencias que, de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable, corresponden al consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad en las materias siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;Debe decir:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;1. Delegar en la directora general de Transparencia y Buen Gobierno de la Consejería de Presidencia para ejercer las competencias que, de acuerdo con la legislación aplicable, corresponden al consejero de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad en las siguientes materias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;2. Publicar esta Resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12px"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:Times New Roman,Times,serif"&gt;&lt;span style="line-height:normal"&gt;&lt;span style="color:#000000"&gt;&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
