	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;1. Con fecha de 17 de noviembre de 2015 se publicó en el BOIB núm. 169, la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de compromisos de agroambiente y clima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes finalizó el día 31&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;/12/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;2016, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 440 solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;4. 	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;15.Decret 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;16. Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;en su artículo 94 establece el desistimiento de la solicitud.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Propuesta de resolución de desistimiento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;1. Considerar desistida la solicitud presentada por la Sr. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Ibai Martínez Eceolaza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;, de la línea de ayudas "Inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de compromisos de agroambiente &amp;nbsp;y clima", IMIT 2016&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;_&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;2/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;374&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;2. Declarar concluido el procedimiento y proceder al archivo del expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;3. Notificar la resolución al interesado&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;mediante su publicación en el BOIB&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;Contra esta resolución, que no agota la vía administrativa, podrá interponerse recurso de alzada ante el consejero de Medio Ambiente, Agricultura y Pesca, en el plazo de un mes, a contar desde el día siguiente a la notificación de la resolución, de acuerdo con el artículo 58.4 de la Ley 3/2003, de 26 de marzo, de régimen jurídico de la Administración de la comunidad autónoma de las Islas Baleares, y el artículo 68.1 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
