	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Notificación&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de prórroga a los beneficiarios&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;ayudas, Exp. 324&amp;nbsp;de fecha 25&amp;nbsp;de julio de 2018, al amparo de la Resolución&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;del Presidente del Fondo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;(FOGAIBA) de 13 de noviembre de 2015&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;por la&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;que se convocan para los años 2015-2019 subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;para inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de los compromisos agroambientales y clima&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;El apartado&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;9.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de la Resolución del&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Presidente del Fondo de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de 13 de noviembre de 2015 por la&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;que se convocan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;para las Inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de los compromisos agroambientales y clima, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;especifica&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de acuerdo con los&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;términos&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;previstos en el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;45&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.2&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de 1&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;procedimiento administrativo común de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Los expedientes&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;han sido&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;tramitados&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;por el Fondo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;en cumplimiento de lo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;dispuesto en el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;59 de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;30/1992&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de noviembre, de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;régimen jurídico&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;administraciones públicas y&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;del procedimiento administrativo común.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Vista la solicitud de prórroga formulada por los interesados señalados en el Anexo I, en relación con la ayuda concedida para rehabilitar márgenes y / o paredes secas, amparada por la Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 13 de noviembre de 2015 por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones no productivas vinculadas a la realización de compromisos de agroambiente y clima.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;

&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;5. Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;6. Decreto 65/2007, de 25 de mayo, de constitución, organización y funcionamiento del Organismo Pagador de los gastos del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Garantía (FEAGA) y del Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER), en la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares BOIB núm. 082 de 2007; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y Pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005, por la que se dispone la asunción de la ejecución de la política de mejora y fomento de los sectores agrario y pesquero por parte del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares, establece en el artículo 1 que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero , a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;7. &lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Informe - propuesta de resolución&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;De acuerdo con la normativa reguladora de la ayuda que tienen concedida, el artículo 20 de las bases reguladoras establece que sólo con carácter excepcional y por razones justificadas los beneficiarios podrán solicitar la ampliación de los plazos establecidos en la respectiva convocatoria .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Visto el punto 12 de la convocatoria donde se especifica que, únicamente, por razones justificadas de demora en la concesión de licencias por parte de los ayuntamientos, bajas laborales e incidencias graves que no sean imputables al solicitante, los beneficiarios podrán solicitar la ampliación del plazo de realización y justificación establecido en la resolución de concesión.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por todo lo expuesto anteriormente, se informa &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;F&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;AVORABLEMENTE de la concesión de un plazo de prórroga por los motivos señalados en el Anexo I, y se propone al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Acept&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;ar la prórroga solicitada a los interesados&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;que figuran en el Anexo I, que comienza con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;MARGARITA BELTRAN XIMELIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;y termina con &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;MARGARITA BELTRAN XIMELIS&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, y que en total son &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, relativa a la línea de ayudas Inversiones no productivas (márgenes y cierres), por cumplir con alguno de los requisitos que se establecen en la convocatoria y que se especifican en el citado anexo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;. Notificar los interesados que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en el artículo &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;32&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de la Ley 3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;9&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;/2&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;octu&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;bre, el plazo para la justificación de las inversiones se amplía&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;en TRES MESES&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, en consecuencia el plazo para la justificación de la inversión será&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de NUEVE MESES contadores a partir del día siguiente del dia 07/12/2017, fecha en la cual se notificó la Resolución de concesión de la ayuda, por tanto el plazo máximo para la justificación finalizará&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;el &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;día 07/09/2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
