&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;HACE SABER:&lt;/strong&gt; Que en los autos seguidos en este Juzgado bajo el número&amp;nbsp; 105/2016 a instancia de la parte actora D/Dª. EFREN REYES CORTEZ contra AVEDISCO GESTIONES SL, INDALAY SL, BUDDHA SEVILLA SL, 2013 HOSTEOCIO SL, TORREPLAS DE HOSTELERIA SL, FOGASA, JUAN CARLOS LORENTE&amp;nbsp; TORRES, CRISPIN&amp;nbsp; LOZANO MUÑOZ y LEOSNARDA&amp;nbsp; DE SOUSA CASTRO sobre Ejecución de títulos judiciales se ha dictado RESOLUCION de fecha 7 de enero de dos mil dieciséis *** del tenor literal siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;PARTE DISPOSITIVA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;QUE DECLARO LA NULIDAD DE LA COMPARECENCIA CELEBRADA EN EL PRESENTE PROCEDIMIENTO CON FECHA 09-04-18 PARA PROCEDER, NUEVAMENTE, A SU SEÑALAMIENTO CON CITACIÓN DE LAS PARTES EN LEGAL FORMA.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Esta resoluci&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;n no es firme,&lt;/strong&gt; pues contra la misma &lt;strong&gt;CABE RECURSO DE REPOSICIÓ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N&lt;/strong&gt; ante este Juzgado de lo Social, no obstante lo cual, se llevará a efecto lo acordado. El recurso deberá interponerse por escrito en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles contados desde el siguiente de la notificación, con expresión de la infracción cometida a juicio del recurrente, sin cuyos requisitos no se admitirá el recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Para la admisión del recurso deberá previamente acreditarse constitución de &lt;strong&gt;depó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;sito en cuant&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;í&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a de 25 euros&lt;/strong&gt;, debiendo ingresarlo en la cuenta de Depósitos y Consignaciones de este Juzgado, en cualquier oficina del BANCO SANTANDER, expresando en el documento de ingreso la siguiente clave identificativa del procedimiento: 4025 0000 30 &lt;strong&gt;0105 16&lt;/strong&gt;, debiendo indicar en el campo &lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Concepto&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;”&lt;/em&gt; que se trata de un recurso seguido del código &lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;30&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;”&lt;/em&gt; y &lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Social-Reposici&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;ó&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;n&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;”&lt;/em&gt;, de conformidad con lo establecido en la Disposición adicional Decimoquinta de la L.O 6/1985 del Poder Judicial, salvo concurrencia de los supuestos de exclusión previstos en la misma y quienes tengan reconocido el derecho de asistencia jurídica gratuita.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Así por este Auto, lo acuerdo, mando y firmo. Doy fe.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;LETRADA DE LA ADMINISTRACI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N DE JUSTICIA SRA D&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ª&lt;/strong&gt; Mª DE LOS ANGELES PECHE RUBIO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En SEVILLA, a veinte de julio de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por Auto del día de la fecha, se acordó declarar la nulidad de la comparecencia celebrada en el presente procedimiento con fecha 09/04/18, ordenando la citación de las partes a comparecencia, que tendrá lugar &lt;strong&gt;el pró&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ximo d&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;í&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;a 12 DE NOVIEMBRE DE 2018 A LAS 11:30 HORAS,&lt;/strong&gt;&amp;nbsp; en la sala de vistas nº 11&amp;nbsp; de este Juzgado, sita en la planta 1ª del Edificio Noga,&amp;nbsp; en la Avda. de La Buhaira número 26, advirtiéndoseles que deberán concurrir con todos los medios de prueba de que intenten valerse y que, pudiéndose practicar en el acto, el Juez estime pertinentes, a la parte actora que de no comparecer se le tendrá por desistido de su solicitud y a la demandada, que de no efectuarlo, se celebrará el acto sin su presencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;MODO DE IMPUGNACI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N:&lt;/strong&gt; Mediante recurso de reposición a interponer en el plazo de &lt;strong&gt;TRES DÍ&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;AS&lt;/strong&gt; hábiles siguientes a su notificación ante el/la Letrado/a de la Administración de Justicia que dicta esta resolución con expresión de la infracción que a juicio del recurrente contiene la misma.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: left;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;EL/LA LETRADO/A DE LA ADMINISTRACI&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Ó&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;N DE JUSTICIA&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación al demandado AVEDISCO GESTIONES SL, INDALAY SL, BUDDHA SEVILLA SL, 2013 HOSTEOCIO SL, TORREPLAS DE HOSTELERIA SL, JUAN CARLOS LORENTE&amp;nbsp; TORRES, CRISPIN&amp;nbsp; LOZANO MUÑOZ y LEOSNARDA&amp;nbsp; DE SOUSA CASTRO actualmente en paradero desconocido, expido el presente para su publicación en el &lt;strong&gt;BOLETIN OFICIAL DE LA PROVINCIA&lt;/strong&gt;, con la advertencia de que las siguientes notificaciones se harán en estrados, salvo las que deban revestir la forma de auto, sentencia, o se trate de emplazamientos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin:0px;"&gt;
