	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Pleno de este Ayuntamiento, en sesión extraordinaria celebrada el dia 16 de julio 2018, acordó la aprobación inicial del expediente de modificación de créditos n. º 13/2018 del Presupuesto en vigor, en la modalidad de Crédito extraordinario financiado con bajas de otras aplicaciones el detalle de las cuales es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Además, queda acreditado el cumplimiento de los requisitos que establece el artículo 37.2, apartados a) y b), del Capítulo del Título VI de la Ley 39/1988, de 28 de diciembre, Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en materia de presupuestos, desarrollado por Real Decreto 500/1990, de 20 de abril, que son los siguientes: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;a) El carácter específico y determinado del gasto a realizar y la imposibilidad de demorarlo a ejercicios posteriores. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;b) La inexistencia en el estado de gastos del presupuesto de crédito destinado a esta finalidad específica, que deberá verificarse en el nivel en que esté establecida la vinculación jurídica. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se modifica la base 54 eliminando la subvención nominativa siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En cumplimiento de lo que se dispone en el artículo 169.1 por remisión del 177.2 del Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales aprobado por Real Decreto 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, se somete el expediente a exposición pública por el plazo de quince dias a contar desde el siguiente a la inserción de este anuncio en el &lt;em&gt;Butlletí Oficial&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;de la Província,&lt;/em&gt; para que los interesados puedan examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen oportunas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Durante este plazo podrá ser examinado por cualquier interesado en las dependencias municipales para que se formulen las alegaciones que se estimen pertinentes. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Si transcurrido este plazo no se hubieran presentado alegaciones se considerará aprobado definitivamente este acuerdo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
