	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En fecha 10 de noviembre de 2015, se publicó en el BOIB n.º 165 la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 6 de noviembre de 2015, por la que se convocan subvenciones para el apoyo a las actividades de información y promoción efectuadas por grupos de productores en el mercado interno, correspondientes al período 2015-2019. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Esta Resolución prevé un total de cinco convocatorias y se hará una para cada ejercicio. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El apartado segundo de esta Resolución establece el crédito destinado a la primera convocatoria, mientras que el resto de las convocatorias quedan sometidas a la condición suspensiva de existencia de crédito adecuado y suficiente para financiar el cumplimiento de las obligaciones generadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;También establece que si, una vez finalizado cualquiera de los períodos, no se ha agotado el importe máximo previsto inicialmente para cada uno de ellos, la cantidad no aplicada debe trasladarse al período siguiente mediante una resolución del órgano competente para la concesión de subvenciones, es decir, del vicepresidente del FOGAIBA, que debe publicarse en el&lt;em&gt; Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con ello, y una vez resueltas las convocatorias anteriores, por Resolución del vicepresidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 19 de julio de 2017, publicada en el BOIB n.º 90, de 25 de julio de 2017, se procedió a trasladar los créditos sobrantes en la tercera convocatoria, por un importe total de 2.915.523,73 euros.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Resuelta esta tercera convocatoria, se determina que hay un crédito sobrante de un importe total de &lt;/span&gt;2.460.373,73€, &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;conforme al informe del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural de 16 de abril de 2018.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;De acuerdo con ello, a propuesta del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural y en virtud de las competencias que me han sido otorgadas, dicto la siguiente&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;RESOLUCIÓN&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;PRIMERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Trasladar a la cuarta convocatoria de subvenciones prevista en la Resolución del presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA), de 6 de noviembre de 2015, por la que se convocan subvenciones para el apoyo a las actividades de información y promoción efectuadas por grupos de productores en el mercado interno, correspondientes al período 2015-2019, los créditos restantes una vez resuelta la tercera convocatoria. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;SEGUNDO&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;. El importe destinado a la cuarta convocatoria es de &lt;strong&gt;2.460.373,73 &lt;/strong&gt;€&lt;strong&gt;,&lt;/strong&gt; de acuerdo con la siguiente distribución anual:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Año 2018: 296.369,78 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Año 2019: 611.537,95 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Año 2020: 609.965,98 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Año 2021: 609.965,98 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Año 2022: 332.534,04 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;TERCERO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Las subvenciones mencionadas serán cofinanciadas por el Fondo Europeo Agrícola de Desarrollo Rural (FEADER) en un 53,00%, por el Ministerio de Agricultura y Pesca, Alimentación y Medio Ambiente (MAPAMA) en un 14,10% y por la Comunidad Autónoma de las Islas Baleares (CAIB) en un 32,90%.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;CUARTO. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Esta Resolución debe comunicarse a la Base de Datos Nacional de Subvenciones y debe publicarse en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family: times new roman,times,serif;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
