&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;El apartado&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;9.3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de la Resolución del&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Presidente del Fondo de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de 16 de setiembre de 2016 por la&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;que se convocan&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;subvenciones&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;para las acciones de Formación Profesional y Adquisición de Competencias, correspondientes al año 2016, &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;especifica&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;que la resolución&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;expresa&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;se notificará&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;a&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;los interesados mediante&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;su publicación en el&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de acuerdo con los&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;términos&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;previstos en el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;45&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;.2&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de 1&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de octubre&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;del&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;procedimiento administrativo común de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;administraciones públicas. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span&gt;Los expedientes&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;han sido&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;tramitados&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;por el Fondo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;de Garantía Agraria&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;y Pesquera de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;(&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;en cumplimiento de lo&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;dispuesto en el artículo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;43&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;la Ley&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;39/2015&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;span&gt;de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span&gt;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Antecedentes&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1. Resolución del Presidente del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) por la que se convocan, para el ejercicio 2016, subvenciones para las acciones de formación profesional y adquisición de competencias. .&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;2. De conformidad con el apartado sexto de la citada Resolución, el plazo de presentación de solicitudes terminó el di a 05/10/2017, y tuvieron entrada en el Registro del Fondo de Garantía Agraria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares un total de 15 solicitudes de ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;3. Los órganos gestores del Servicio de Ayudas al Desarrollo Rural han llevado a cabo el control administrativo de las solicitudes y de la documentación aportada de acuerdo con las normas reguladoras de esta ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;4. Los interesados señalados en el Anexo I adjunto han presentado, dentro del plazo establecido y en la forma, toda la documentación necesaria prevista en la convocatoria, y se ha comprobado que cumplen con los requisitos exigidos para poder ser beneficiarios de esta ayuda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;5. Las actuaciones solicitadas por los interesados cumplen con los requisitos establecidos en la convocatoria para poder ser subvencionables.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;6. Teniendo en cuenta que el crédito existente cubre la totalidad de las peticiones de esta convocatoria no hay ningún impedimento para resolver estos expedientes sin afectar lo dispuesto en los apartados séptimo y octavo de la convocatoria&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;.Le&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;y&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Propuesta de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Resolución de Concesión&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por todo ello, se informa favorablemente y propongo al vicepresidente del FOGAIBA que dicte una resolución en los siguientes términos:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;1.Conceder la ayuda solicitada al beneficiario por los importes y con el plazo detallados en el Anexo I, que son un total de 1 expediente y que empieza&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;con CONSELL INSULAR DE MENORCA&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;y termina &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;co&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;n &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;CONSELL INSULAR&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;DE MENORCA, que suma un importe total de 6.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;6&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;30, 7&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;0&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;euros, relativa a la línea de ayuda "Formación profesional y adquisición de competencias 2016"&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;2.Autorizar y disponer el gasto señalada al beneficiario con cargo a los presupuestos y porcentaje s de cofinanciación detallado s en el Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;3. Determinar que, de acuerdo con lo establecido en la convocatoria de referencia, las obligaciones del beneficiario serán las indicadas en el Anexo II.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;4.Publicar el BOIB la resolución del beneficiario del Anexo I.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Interposición de recursos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Justificar los gastos relacionados con las actuaciones realizadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Someterse los controles que lleve a cabo la administración, necesarios para comprobar la correcta concesión de la ayuda y el posterior mantenimiento de los compromisos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Notificar al FOGAIBA, con una antelación mínima de 24 horas, cualquier cambio en el lugar, la fecha o los horarios de las actuaciones. Además, cada día primero hábil de la semana, se deberá enviar un correo electrónico al gestor de la línea de ayudas, especificando los cursos programados de la semana, con indicación de lugar y horario.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-Ejecutar, con los cambios autorizados, como mínimo el 80% de las horas totales de formación aprobadas,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify" style="margin:0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;-No cobrar ningún importe a los alumnos para los cursos impartidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
