&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El apartado&amp;nbsp;9.3&lt;span&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;de la Resolución del&amp;nbsp;Presidente del Fondo de&amp;nbsp;Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(&lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;de 10 de julio de 2015 por la&amp;nbsp;que se convocan&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;subvenciones&amp;nbsp;para Inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, correspondientes a los años 2015-2019, &amp;nbsp;especifica&amp;nbsp;que la resolución&amp;nbsp;expresa&amp;nbsp;se notificará&amp;nbsp;a&amp;nbsp;los interesados mediante&amp;nbsp;su publicación en el&amp;nbsp;Boletín Oficial de las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;de acuerdo con los&amp;nbsp;términos&amp;nbsp;previstos en el artículo&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;45&lt;/span&gt;.2&amp;nbsp;de la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;de 1 de octubre&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;del&amp;nbsp;procedimiento administrativo común de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Los expedientes&amp;nbsp;han sido&amp;nbsp;tramitados&amp;nbsp;por el Fondo&amp;nbsp;de Garantía Agraria&amp;nbsp;y Pesquera de&amp;nbsp;las&amp;nbsp;Islas Baleares&amp;nbsp;(&lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA) &lt;/span&gt;en cumplimiento de lo&amp;nbsp;dispuesto en el artículo&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;43&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de&amp;nbsp;la Ley&amp;nbsp;39/2015&lt;span&gt;, &lt;/span&gt;de &amp;nbsp;1 de octubre, y&amp;nbsp;del procedimiento administrativo común de las&amp;nbsp;administraciones públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El vicepresidente&amp;nbsp;del &lt;span&gt;FOGAIBA, con fecha 23 de octubre de 2017, firmó la siguiente &lt;/span&gt;resolución, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;INFORME / PROPUESTA Y ACUERDO DE CONCESIÓN DE PRÓRROGA DEL PLAZO PARA LA JUSTIFICACIÓN DE LA INVERSIÓN SUBVENCIONABLE&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Vista la solicitud de prórroga presentada el día 22 de mayo de 2018, con núm. de registro de entrada L3E2818, en el Registro del FOGAIBA, Ibiza, por&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt; y número de expediente INEA2015_1/127, incluido en la Resolución de concesión (R23) del vicepresidente del del Fondo de Garantía &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;A&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;graria y Pesquera de las Islas Baleares (FOGAIBA) de día 2 de diciembre de 2016, publicada en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares núm. 161, de 24 de diciembre de 2016, en relación con la ayuda concedida al amparo de la Resolución del Presidente del FOGAIBA de 10 de julio de 2015, por la que se convocan, para los años 2015 a 2019, subvenciones para inversiones en las explotaciones agrarias, modificada mediante las resoluciones de 17 de diciembre de 2016 y 22 de junio de 2016.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;De acuerdo con el aparta&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;do&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;duodécimo, justificación y pago de las ayudas, de la Resolución del Presidente del FOGAIBA de 10 de julio de 2015, el plazo máximo para la notificación y la justificación de la realización de la inversión propuesta es de 12 meses para las inversiones inmuebles y de 6 meses para las inversiones muebles, a contar desde el día siguiente de la fecha de notificación de la resolución de concesión de la ayuda. Por razones justificadas de demora en la concesión de licencias por parte del Ayuntamientos, bajas laborales e incidencias graves que no sean imputables al solicitante, los beneficiarios podrán solicitar la ampliación del plazo de realización y justificación establecido en la resolución de concesión. Esta solicitud se deberá presentar durante el plazo de ejecución.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;La concesión de la ayuda se notificó el día 24 de diciembre de 2016, por tanto el plazo máximo para la justificación de la inversión propuesta terminaba el día 24 de diciembre de 2017. Dentro plazo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt; , solicitó una ampliación de 6 meses del plazo de realización de las inversiones previstas para poder terminarlas, dado que, aunque estaba pendiente de la concesión de la licencia de obras por parte del Conse&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;ll&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&amp;nbsp;de Formentera. En fecha 27 de octubre de 2017 se dictó resolución de concesión de la prórroga mencionada, con un nuevo plazo de justificación de día 24 de junio de 2018. Dentro plazo, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;, solicita una nueva prórroga extraordinaria, dado que le concedieron la licencia de obras el día 17 de mayo de 2018 y, por tanto, no dispone del tiempo necesario para poder terminar dichas obras y proceder a su inscripción, de 9 meses a partir del plazo concedido de día 24 de junio de 2018, con una finalización el día 24 de marzo de 2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;De acuerdo con el apartar 2 del artículo 20 de la Orden del Consejero de Agricultura, Medio Ambiente y Territorio de 19 de febrero de 2015, por la que se establecen las bases reguladoras para la concesión de subvenciones en el marco del Programa de Desarrollo Rural de las Islas Baleares 2014-2020, se establece que, con carácter excepcional y por razones debidamente justificadas, los beneficiarios de las ayudas podrán solicitar la ampliación o reapertura de los plazos establecidos en la respectiva convocatoria, con excepción del plazo de presentación de solicitudes. Esta solicitud se presentará antes del plazo de que se trate.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;El FOGAIBA podrá acordar la ampliación solicitada siempre que con ello no se perjudiquen derechos de terceras personas. El acuerdo de ampliación se notificará individualmente al interesado y no es susceptible de recurso.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Dado el Decreto 64/2005, de 10 de junio, de creación del FOGAIBA; en virtud de la Orden de la Consejera de Agricultura y Pesca de 23 de diciembre de 2005 se dispone que el FOGAIBA asume la ejecución de la política de la Consejería de Agricultura y Pesca referente a la aplicación de las medidas de fomento y mejora de los sectores agrario y pesquero a partir del 1 de enero de 2006.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Propuesta de acuerdo de concesión de prórroga&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por todo lo expuesto anteriormente, se informa favorablemente la concesión de un plazo máximo de nueve meses de prórroga a &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12,0000pt;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman;"&gt;&lt;span class='lopd'&gt;(datos personales ocultos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Por tanto, el plazo máximo para la justificación de la inversión aprobada será de veintisiete meses, desde el día 24/12/2016 hasta el día &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;24/&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;03/2019.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="justify"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span&gt;Este acuerdo se notificará al interesado mediante publicación en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
