	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;D/Dª&amp;nbsp; FRANCISCA MARIA REUS BARCELO, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 004 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, HAGO SABER:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el procedimiento DESPIDO/CESES EN GENERAL 0000631 /2017 de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguidos a instancia de D/Dª ANA CATARINA DO SANTOS CARVAHAL contra la empresa&amp;nbsp; FOGASA, HAGIT AQUATE&amp;nbsp; , sobre ORDINARIO, se ha dictado la siguiente resolución, cuya parte dispositiva se adjunta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:1.55pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;SENTENCIA Nº293/18&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 1.55pt; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;ANTECEDENTES DE HECHO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Con&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; fecha 17 de julio de 2017 tuvo entrada demanda formulada por&lt;/span&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Doña ANA CATARINA DOS SANTOS CARVAHAL &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;contra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOÑA HAGIT AQUATE&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; y admitida a trámite se citó &lt;/span&gt;a todas ellas a la celebración del acto de conciliación y juicio, que tuvo lugar el día el 14 de mayo del año en curso &lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;, no compareciendo la demandada estando debidamente citada y abierto el acto de juicio por S.Sª. las comparecidas manifestaron cuantas alegaciones creyeron pertinentes en defensa de sus derechos practicándose seguidamente las pruebas que fueron admitidas según queda constancia en el acta correspondiente, y finalmente manifestaron por su orden sus conclusiones.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left: 1.55pt; text-align: center;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que ESTIMANDO la demanda de despido interpuesta por&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; por&lt;/span&gt; &lt;strong&gt;Doña ANA CATARINA DOS SANTOS CARVAHAL &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;contra &lt;/span&gt;&lt;strong&gt;DOÑA HAGIT AQUATE&lt;/strong&gt;, debo declarar y declaro improcedente el despido del actor, condenando a la empresa demandada, a abonarle una indemnización de &lt;strong&gt;1019,18 e.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:1.55pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Notifíquese a las partes la Sentencia dictada, con la advertencia de que contra la misma,&amp;nbsp; cabe interponer recurso de Suplicación.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Así por esta mi sentencia, definitivamente juzgando, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que sirva de notificación en legal forma a HAGIT AQUATE, en ignorado paradero, expido la presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de la Provincia de ILLES BALEARS.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En PALMA DE MALLORCA, a veintiuno de mayo de dos mil dieciocho.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
