13762 CAIB 2018-04-26 2018-04-26 4307 290 es ![CDATA[<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="CA">El Consejo Ejecutivo del Consell de Mallorca, reunido en sesión de 18 de abril de 2018, adoptó el siguiente Acuerdo: </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="CA">“El Consejo Ejecutivo, reunido en sesión de 24 de enero de 2018, aprobó, entre otros, el Plan estratégico de subvenciones del Institut Mallorquí d’Afers Socials (IMAS) para el año 2018 (BOIB nº. 16, de 25.02.2018).</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="CA">La consejera ejecutiva de Bienestar y Derechos Sociales ha presentado una propuesta, de fecha 12 de abril de 2018, de modificación de este Plan estratégico atendida la propuesta de la Dirección Insular de Menores y Familia para incluir dos líneas de ayudas (inversiones en vivienda y de formación y laborales) para jóvenes en proceso de emancipación (Programa 23125). </span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify;mso-layout-grid-align:none;text-autospace: none"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="CA">De acuerdo con el artículo 5 de la Ordenanza general de subvenciones de la Corporación, aprobada por Acuerdo del Pleno de 23 de diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 21, de 18.02.2017), corresponde al consejero ejecutivo de Economía y Hacienda proponer al Consejo Ejecutivo la aprobación del planes estratégicos de subvenciones conforme a la información y las propuestas que, con esta finalidad, presentan los departamentos del Consell de Mallorca, los organismos autónomos dependientes y los entes públicos otorgantes.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoBodyText" style="margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 6.0pt;margin-left:0cm"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="CA" style="font-weight: normal;">Por todo esto, a propuesta del consejero ejecutivo de Economía y Hacienda, de acuerdo con la atribución conferida en el artículo 28.h) del Reglamento orgánico del Consell de Mallorca, se adopta el siguiente: </span></span></p> <p align="center" class="MsoBodyText2" style="margin-top:12.0pt;text-align:center; line-height:normal;tab-stops:center 212.6pt left 257.25pt"> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">ACUERDO</span></strong></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-top:12.0pt;margin-right:0cm;margin-bottom: 6.0pt;margin-left:0cm;text-align:justify"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><span lang="CA">1.
