texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, al no haberse presentado alegaciones durante el plazo de exposición al público, queda automáticamente elevado a definitivo el acuerdo plenario de aprobación inicial adoptado el día 22 de marzo de 2018 sobre el expediente de modificación de créditos núm. 03/2018, de suplementos de crédito, financiado con cargo al Remanente Líquido de
