la sesión del día 20 de marzo de 2018, adoptó un acuerdo de traspaso a los consejos insulares de Mallorca, Menorca y Formentera de les funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de estos consejos insulares que actualmente ejerce la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en materia de promoción turística, y de ampliación, adaptación y compleción de les funciones y los servicios en esta materia traspasados al Consejo Insular de Ibiza por el Decreto 45/2015, de 22 de mayo.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El citado órgano colegiado estatutario, en la misma sesión plenaria, aprobó un acuerdo complementario —identificado con el número 2— del Acuerdo de traspaso mencionado, relativo al régimen de financiación específico para el año 2018.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Al objeto de dar publicidad al mencionado Acuerdo complementario, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new de la aprobación por el Pleno de la Comisión Mixta Gobierno - Consejos Insulares, en la sesión del día 20 de marzo de 2018, del Acuerdo complementario número 2, cuyo texto se inserta como anexo a la presente Resolución , del Acuerdo de traspaso a los consejos insulares de Mallorca, Menorca y Formentera de les funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de estos consejos insulares que actualmente ejerce la Administración de la Comunidad Autónoma de las Illes Balears en materia de promoción turística, y de ampliación, adaptación y compleción de les funciones y los traspaso a los consejos de Mallorca, Menorca y Formentera de las funciones y los servicios inherentes a las competencias propias de estos consejos insulares, como a la ampliación, adaptación y compleción de les funciones y los servicios en esta materia traspasados al Consejo Insular de Ibiza por el Decreto 45/2015, de 22 de mayo, es la que se indica a continuación:</span></p> <table roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Así las cosas, una vez fijado y distribuido entre los consejos insulares el coste efectivo global anual que el referido Acuerdo prevé, es cierto que, para establecer la cantidad que corresponderá a cada institución insular en lo que respecta al año 2018, se tendrá en cuenta, necesariamente, la fecha prevista de efectividad del traspaso y la repercusión que, en el cálculo mencionado, tendrán los contratos en curso de ejecución que se detallan en la relación número 4 y a la que remite la letra K) del Acuerdo en cuestión, cuya titularidad corresponde a la Agencia de Turismo de las Illes Balears, y que continuarán siendo responsabilidad de esta entidad pública empresarial hasta que finalice su vigencia.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En consecuencia, las partes implicadas subscriben un acuerdo complementario sobre las reglas que regirán para calcular la financiación específica que corresponderá a cada consejo insular el año 2018, que son éstas:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1. No obstante, la cantidad establecida de acuerdo con la regla anterior se tiene que minorar, por otra parte, únicamente para los consejos insulares de Mallorca, Menorca y Formentera, considerando el gasto imputable a estas instituciones insulares (con efectos de 1 de abril de 2018) en los contratos en curso de ejecución cuya titularidad corresponde a la Agencia de Turismo de las Illes Balears, y que continuarán siendo responsabilidad de esta entidad pública empresarial hasta que finalice su vigencia.
