	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;No habiéndose presentado por los interesados, durante el plazo de exposición al público, ninguna reclamación contra la modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa por licencias de auto taxi y demás vehículos de alquiler (BOCAIB núm. 167 ext., de 31 de diciembre de 1998), aprobada provisionalmente por Acuerdo de Pleno a la sesión extraordinaria celebrada el 22 de diciembre de 2017, ha resultado definitivamente aprobado, y por este motivo, se publica el texto íntegro del mencionado acuerdo, que es el siguiente:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“&lt;strong&gt;ORDENANZA FISCAL REGULADORA DE LA TASA PARA LICENCIAS DE AUTO TAXI I DEMÁS VEHICULOS DE ALQUILER”&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;(BOCAIB NÚM. 167 EXT, DE 31 DE DESEMBRE DE 1998)&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Uno&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;. Se modifica el artículo 1 de la Ordenanza, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 1. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Este Ayuntamiento conforme al que autoriza el artículo 106 de la Ley 7/85 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local y de acuerdo con lo previsto art. 20.4 c) del Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, de aprobación del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, establece la Tasa por Licencia de Auto taxis y demás vehículos de alquiler, que se regulará por la presente Ordenanza, redactada conforme a lo que dispone el artículo 16 del Real decreto Legislativo 2/2004.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Dos.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; Se modifica el artículo 3 de la Ordenanza, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 3.&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La Tasa&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; se reportará, naciendo la obligación de contribuir: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En los casos indicados en los apartados del artículo 2 anterior, al momento de la concesión de la licencia o prestación del servicio municipal, el expediente del cual no se tramitará hasta que se haya efectuado el pago correspondiente, en concepto de depósito previo. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tres. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se modifica el artículo 7 de la Ordenanza, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 7. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las cuotas tributarias de los conceptos comprendidos en la presente Ordenanza, serán las siguientes:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuatro. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se modifica el apartado segundo del artículo 8 de la Ordenanza, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 8. 2&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2. La liquidación practicada se notificará al sujeto pasivo para su conocimiento o impugnación en su caso. En el supuesto de que su importe fuera mayor que el depósito constituido, se tendrá que ingresar la diferencia en los plazos establecidos al artículo 62 de la Ley General Tributaria. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se modifica el artículo 9 de la Ordenanza, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 9. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En conformidad con el que dispone el artículo 9 del Real decreto Legislativo de 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, de aprobación del texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, no se reconoce ningún beneficio tributario, excepto los que sean consecuencia del establecido en los Tratados o Acuerdos Internacionales o vendan previstos en normas con rango de Ley. &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Se modifica el artículo 10 de la Ordenanza, que pasará a tener el siguiente contenido: &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Artículo 10. &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En todo el relativo a la calificación de infracciones tributarias y sanciones además de lo previsto en esta Ordenanza, se estará al que disponen los artículos 178 y siguientes de la Ley General Tributaria y demás normativa aplicable.”&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Contra el presente acuerdo, en aplicación del artículo 112.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y dado que aprueba una disposición de carácter general, se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo, ante la Sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente Acuerdo, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa. Todo ello sin perjuicio de que pueda interponerse cualquier otro recurso que pueda estimarse más conveniente.”&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
