El día 16 de mayo de 2017 se publica en el B.O.I.B. núm. 59 la resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears de 9 de mayo de 2017 por el que se convoca la provisión, por el procedimiento de concurso, el puesto de trabajo de Jefe de Grupo de Facturación y Cobros de la Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. El día 10 de junio de 2017 se publica en el B.O.I.B. núm.&nbsp; 71 una corrección de errores de la resolución del director general del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears de 9 de mayo de 2017 mencionada en el punto anterior.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3. El día 5 de octubre de 2017 se publica en el tablón de anuncios de la Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca y en la web del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears el Acuerdo de 5 de octubre de 2017 de la Comisión de Selección de la convocatoria para la provisión, por el procedimiento de concurso, del puesto de trabajo de Jefe de Grupo de Facturación y Cobros de la Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca por el que se resuelve provisionalmente el concurso citado.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">4. Una vez transcurrido el plazo de quince días naturales a contar desde el siguiente al de la publicación del Acuerdo citado en el punto anterior para presentar alegaciones, el día 18 de enero de 2018 se ha reunido la Comisión de Selección para analizar y estudiar las alegaciones presentadas. Se han presentado alegaciones, dentro de este plazo, por parte de las señoras Emilia Córdoba Musolas, Mª Esperanza Perelló Cladera y Margarita Suau Simó. Asimismo, la señora Caterina Irene Gual Catany ha presentado un escrito desistiendo de continuar con su participación en la convocatoria. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">En relación con las alegaciones presentadas y con el escrito de desistimiento, la Comisión de Selección propone al órgano competente para resolver la convocatoria lo siguiente:</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">a) Que de las alegaciones presentadas por las señoras Emilia Córdoba Musolas y Mª Esperanza Perelló Cladera no se deriven cambios respecto de aquello acordado en el Acuerdo de 5 de octubre de 2017 de la Comisión de Selección de la convocatoria para la provisión, por el procedimiento de concurso, del puesto de trabajo de Jefe de Grupo de Facturación y Cobros de la Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca por el que se resuelve provisionalmente el concurso citado, debido a que las interesadas tan solo reclamaban una revisión presencial, que la Comisión de Selección llevó a cabo el pasado 4 de diciembre de 2017.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">b) Que se estimen las alegaciones presentadas por la señora Margarita Suau Simó y, por consiguiente, se la admita para participar en la convocatoria y se le otorgue una puntuación total de 16,59 puntos, según el siguiente desglose:</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 80px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">• Por el apartado A (Servicios prestados): 11,84 puntos.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 80px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">• Por el apartado B (Puestos de trabajo relacionados con el puesto al que se opta): 0,00 puntos.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 80px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">• Por el apartado C (Formación relacionada con el puesto al que se opta): 4,75 puntos.</span></p> <p style="margin-left: 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">c) Que se tenga por desistida de continuar en el presente procedimiento a la señora Caterina Irene Gual Catany, tal y com solicita en su de 2017 de la Comisión de Selección de la convocatoria para la provisión, por el procedimiento de concurso, del puesto de trabajo de Jefe de Grupo de Facturación y Cobros de la Gerencia de Atención Primaria de Mallorca por el que se resuelve provisionalmente el concurso citado, con las excepciones de las tres letras anteriores, y se resuelva la convocatoria de acuerdo con el orden de prelación Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 13 de mayo de 2011 por el que se ratifica el Acuerdo de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanidad por el que se regula el sistema de provisión de los cargos no directivos del personal estatutario de gestión y servicios del Servicio de Salud de las Illes Balears (B.O.I.B. núm. 75, de 21/05/2011).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">2. Acuerdo del Consejo de Gobierno de 18 de enero de 2013 por el que se ratifica el Acuerdo de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanidad de 5 de diciembre de 2012 por el que se modifica el Acuerdo de la Mesa Sectorial de Sanidad de 22 de marzo de 2011 (B.O.I.B. núm. 11/2013, de 22 de enero)</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">3. Resolución de 23 de mayo de 2011, del Director General del Servicio de Salud de las Islas Baleares, mediante la que se dictan instrucciones para la aplicación del Acuerdo de Mesa Sectorial de Sanidad de 22 de marzo de 2011, por el que se regula el sistema de provisión de los cargos no directivo del personal estatutario de gestión y servicios (B.O.I.B. núm. 87, de 11/06/2011).</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Por todo ello, dicto la siguiente</span></p> <p style="text-align: center;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Resolución</strong></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.
