	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En fecha 9 de noviembre de 2017 el Pleno del Consejo de Mallorca aprobó provisionalmente la ordenanza fiscal reguladora de las tasas para la prestación por parte del Consejo de Mallorca de los servicios de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos (revisión según el IPC interanual de julio de 2016 a julio de 2017).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Transcurrido el plazo de treinta días previstos en el artículo 17.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por lo que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, contados a partir del día siguiente del día de la publicación en el diario, el día 22 de noviembre de 2017, por ser una fecha posterior a la publicación en el Boletín Oficial de la Comunidad Autónoma (BOIB nº. 139, de día 14 de noviembre de 2017), y dado que no se han presentado reclamaciones en contra durante el plazo de exposición pública, este acuerdo queda elevado a definitivo según lo dispuesto en el artículo 17.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;strong&gt;Artículo único.&lt;/strong&gt; Modificación del artículo 4 de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para el servicio de inspección técnica de vehículos, que queda redactado de la manera siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La presente Ordenanza, que fue aprobada provisionalmente por el Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en sesión de día 9 de noviembre de 2017, entrará en vigor el día de su publicación íntegra en el BOIB, será de aplicación a partir del día 1 de enero de 2018 y permanecerá en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
