Durante este plazo los interesados podrán examinarlo y plantear reclamaciones que estimen oportunas.</em></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><em>TERCERO.</em></strong><em> Considerar, en el supuesto que no se presenten reclamaciones al expediente, en el plazo anteriormente indicado, que el Acuerdo es definitivo, teniendo en cuenta que el artículo 17.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, por el cual se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales. </em></span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong><em>CUARTO.</em></strong><em> Facultar al Sr. Alcalde-Presidente para subscribir los documentos relacionados con este asunto</em>.”</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Contra el presente acuerdo, en aplicación del artículo 112.3 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del procedimiento administrativo común de las administraciones públicas, y dado que aprueba una disposición de carácter general, se podrá interponer recurso contencioso administrativo, ante la Sala contenciosa administrativa del Tribunal Superior de Justicia de las Illes Balears en el plazo de dos meses, a contar desde el día siguiente al de la publicación del presente Acuerdo, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, de la jurisdicción contenciosa administrativa.
