42049 CAIB CAIB text/html CAIB 42048 es 14282 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Pleno del Ayuntamiento en sesión de día 11 de diciembre de 2017&nbsp; adoptó el acuerdo que&nbsp; -a reserva de los términos definitivos que resulten de la aprobación del acta correspondiente- a continuación se transcribe:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>“PROPUESTA DE ACUERDO</strong></span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Antecedentes:</span></strong></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- La formación, actualización, revisión y custodia del padrón municipal corresponde al Ayuntamiento.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Los Ayuntamientos aprobarán la revisión de sus padrones municipales con referencia al 1 de enero de cada año.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"><strong>Fundamentos de derecho </strong></span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">- Artículos 60 y ss y artículo 81 del RD 1690/1986, de 11&nbsp; julio, que aprueba el reglamento de población y demarcación territorial.</span></p> <p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">. Artículos 16&nbsp; y ss de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las Bases de Régimen Local.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Por todo esto, propongo que, previo dictamen de la Comisión Informativa General, el Pleno adopte el siguiente:</span></p> <p> <strong><span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">ACUERDO</span></strong></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1.
