	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por Decreto de Alcaldía de fecha 15 de diciembre de 2017 se ha tomado el siguiente acuerdo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;“DON VICENTE MARÍ TORRES, Alcalde-Presidente del Ayuntamiento de Santa Eulalia del Río, Ibiza (Illes Balears).&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto que por acuerdo del Pleno de esta Corporación, en sesión celebrada el 2 de diciembre de 2016, se aprobó, juntamente con el Presupuesto General, la Plantilla de Personal para el año 2017, siendo publicada íntegramente en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears núm. 164, de 31 de diciembre de 2016&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto que en la citada plantilla figuran diversas plazas vacantes y dotadas presupuestariamente, cuya cobertura se considera necesaria para el buen funcionamiento de los servicios municipales.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Visto los informes emitidos por la Secretaría e Intervención de esta Corporación, así como lo dispuesto en los artículos 91 de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local y 70 del Real Decreto Legislativo 5/2015, de 30 de octubre, por el que se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley del Estatuto Básico del Empleado Público&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Examinada la documentación que la acompaña, y de conformidad con lo establecido en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, Reguladora de las Bases del Régimen Local,&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Recurso contencioso-administrativo ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación de este acuerdo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin: 0px 0px 0px 40px;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;- Recurso de reposición potestativo ante la Alcaldía, en el plazo de un mes, contado a partir del día siguiente al de la publicación del presente acuerdo. Contra la desestimación por silencio del recurso de reposición, que se producirá por el transcurso de un mes desde su presentación sin que se haya resuelto expresamente ni se haya notificado su resolución, podrá interponerse el recurso contencioso-administrativo, ante el Juzgado de lo Contencioso Administrativo de las Illes Balears, en el plazo de seis meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la desestimación presunta.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
