	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en sesión de fecha 9 de noviembre de 2017, acordó lo siguiente: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Primero.- Aprobar provisionalmente a la Ordenanza fiscal de modificación de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para Servicios de Inspección Técnica de Vehículos para el año 2018, que se transcribe a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;«&lt;/em&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo único.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Modificación del artículo 4 de la Ordenanza fiscal reguladora de la tasa para el servicio de inspección técnica de vehículos, que queda redactado de la manera siguiente:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Artículo 4º- TARIFA&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Para la segunda inspección de comprobación de la corrección de los defectos observados en la inspección periódica de vehículos agrícolas con resultado desfavorable, se efectuará una inspección parcial de los defectos.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;En las inspecciones periódicas en tractores y remolques agrícolas se aplicará la tasa de desplazamiento [p = 55,05€+ (n-1) x 5,52€,] cuando sea necesario, limitándose su importe en 7,99€ como máximo por vehículo.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
	&lt;li&gt;
		&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Las tasas caducarán al año de la fecha de apertura de los expedientes que las motivan.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/li&gt;
&lt;/ul&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;Disposición final&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;em&gt; Entrada en vigor &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La presente Ordenanza, que se aprobó provisionalmente por el Consejo Insular de Mallorca, en sesión de día 9 de noviembre de 2017, &amp;nbsp;entrará en vigor el día de su publicación íntegra en el BOIB, será de aplicación a partir del día 1 de enero de 2018 y permanecerá en vigor hasta su modificación o derogación expresa.»&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Segundo.- Conforme a lo dispuesto en el artículo 17.1 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que &lt;span style="color: green;"&gt;&amp;lt;&lt;/span&gt; aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, el presente Acuerdo provisional, se expondrán al público en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares durante el plazo de treinta días hábiles a fin de que los interesados puedan examinar el expediente y presentar las reclamaciones que estimen oportunas, y también en un diario de los de mayor difusión de la Comunidad Autónoma y su plazo será a contar a partir del día siguiente del día de la publicación del correspondiente anuncio en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares o desde la publicación en el diario si esta es posterior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Tercero.- Este Acuerdo aprobatorio se considerará definitivo si no se producen reclamaciones en contra durante el plazo de exposición pública, según lo dispuesto en&amp;nbsp; el artículo 17.3 del Real Decreto Legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de marzo, que aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales.&amp;gt;&amp;gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
