	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que el Alcalde-Presidente de la Corporación ha dictado el siguiente Decreto de Delegaciones de competencias:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;expediente 5927/2017&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Delegaciones de Alcaldía.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Esta alcaldía en uso de las atribuciones que le confiere el artículo 21 de la Ley 7/1985 y el artículo 41 del ROF con el fin de conseguir una mejor eficacia en la gestión efectuó una serie de delegaciones genéricas de competencias en los concejales del equipo de gobierno.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Transcurrida la mitad del mandato corporativo y con el fin de mejorar la gestión de las competencias municipales hemos considerado oportuno modificar los ámbitos materiales de algunas de dichas delegaciones genéricas&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Es por eso que he resuelto:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;1, - Reordenar los ámbitos materiales de las siguientes delegaciones de Alcaldía:&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;2, - El área de Agricultura será dirigida por la Alcaldía.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;3, - Las Delegaciones efectuadas incluirán las facultades de dirección, organización y gestión de los correspondientes servicios, incluso la facultad de resolver mediante actos administrativos que afecten a terceros.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;4, - Notificar la presente resolución a las personas designadas a fin de que presten su aceptación a las referidas delegaciones, debiendo manifestar, de no ser así, la renuncia a los mismos, por escrito, ante esta Alcaldía.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;5, - Publicar el contenido del presente decreto en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación y en el portal de transparencia de la sede electrónica de la Corporación.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;6, - Dar cuenta de la presente resolución al Pleno de la Corporación en la primera sesión que se celebre.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;7, - Las presentes delegaciones tendrán efecto a partir del día siguiente de la firma del presente decreto.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Lo manda y firma el Alcalde de sa Pobla, yo el Secretario doy fe.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo que se publica a los efectos previstos en el artículo 9.3 de la Ley 40/2015 de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
