	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En fecha 20 de septiembre de 2017 el Consell Executiu del Consell Insular de Eivissa, aprobó por unanimidad la siguiente propuesta:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Propuesta en relación a la encomienda de gestión a Fires, Congressos i Esdeveniments d’Eivissa S.A.U. (FECOEV) para la realización de acciones promocionales de Turismo en 2017 &lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; la encomienda de gestión directa y eventual del Consell Insular de Eivissa a FECOEV para la ejecución de diferentes acciones promocionales de Turismo en 2017, por un importe máximo de 584.960,20 € (640.342,20 € en gastos y 55.382,00 € en ingresos), a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4330.22799, para llevar a cabo las siguientes acciones:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La organización de cualquier feria se compone de diferentes acciones o actividades siendo la primera e imprescindible la reserva del suelo (el pago del alquiler del espacio) al recinto ferial donde se instalarán el correspondiente stand y se realizarán las actividades promocionales. El coste del suelo es fijado por cada recinto ferial.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:22.7pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Las Ferias planteadas en lo encomienda de gestión se realizan a lo largo del año 2017 con dos excepciones: FITUR y MADRID FUSIÓN. Estas dos importantes ferias se realizan al año 2018 pero se necesario realizar pagar previamente el alquiler del espacio. Si este no se realiza en el 2017 no se puede asistir a la feria al 2018. Por esta razón en lo encomienda de gestión se incluye únicamente el coste correspondiente de la reserva del suelo que es la que se tendrá que hacer efectiva en 2017 para acudir a estas ferias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;La participación y organización de Workshops y acontecimientos permite presentar los servicios turísticos a un segmento de mercado concreto o a un cierto público objetivo. Los workshops y acontecimientos que se prevén realizar son los siguientes&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;

	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Segundo:&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;APROBAR&lt;/strong&gt; el abono de la cantidad de esta encomienda de gestión, con un importe máximo de 584.960,20 € (640.342,20 € en gastos y 55.382,00 € en ingresos), a cargo de la aplicación presupuestaria 4330.22799 de los presupuestos del Consell Insular de Eivissa de 2017, en los términos previstos en la memoria técnica que consta en este expediente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Tercero: NOMBRAR&lt;/strong&gt; al Sr. Ramon Roca Mérida, Jefe de servicio del Departamento de Turismo, director para la verificación de la ejecución de la encomienda&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Cuarto:&lt;/strong&gt; El abono de la mencionada cantidad se realizará una vez se presenten las correspondientes facturas de las actuaciones llevadas a cabo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Quinto&lt;/strong&gt;: El Consell Insular d’Eivissa quedará excluido de cualquier riesgo empresarial derivado de las acciones previstas al objeto de esta encomienda.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Sexto&lt;/strong&gt;: FECOEV, SAU inhibirá de toda responsabilidad al Consejo Insular de Ibiza. Todas las cuestiones litigiosas que puedan derivarse de la interpretación y el cumplimiento del presente acuerdo serán sometidas a los juzgados y a los tribunales de la jurisdicción de Ibiza, con renuncia de cualquiera otro fuero.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Séptimo&lt;/strong&gt;: Esta encomienda tendrá vigencia hasta el día 31 de diciembre de 2017.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10);"&gt;Octavo: PUBLICAR &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 10);"&gt;este acuerdo en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares, todo en conformidad con el artículo 11.3.&lt;em&gt;a de&lt;/em&gt; la Ley 40/2015, de 1 de octubre, de régimen jurídico del sector público y el artículo 8.1.&lt;em&gt;b&lt;/em&gt; de la Ley 19/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de transparencia, acceso a la información pública y buen gobierno.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
