	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Dª MARIA ADELAIDA GARCIA GARCIA, Letrado de la Administración de Justicia del Juzgado de lo Social nº 2 de PALMA DE MALLORCA, &lt;strong&gt;HAGO SABER&lt;/strong&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Que en el &lt;strong&gt;PROCEDIMIENTO ORDINARIO 679/2016&lt;/strong&gt; de este Juzgado de lo Social, seguido &lt;strong&gt;a instancia de Dª MARGARITA MARIA DIAZ contra LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN SL en materia de CANTIDADES&lt;/strong&gt;, se ha dictado por S.Sª. &lt;strong&gt;Sentencia nº 417/2017 de fecha 19/10/17&lt;/strong&gt;, cuyo &lt;strong&gt;FALLO&lt;/strong&gt; se relaciona:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p align="center"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;em&gt;“FALLO&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;QUE ESTIMANDO COMO ESTIMO&lt;/strong&gt; la demanda interpuesta por Dña. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;MARGARITA MARÍA DIAZ&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; fre&lt;/span&gt;nte a la empresa LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN S.L&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;condeno &lt;/strong&gt;a la empresa demandada a abonar a la trabajadora demandante la cantidad de &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;506&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;,&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;02 €&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;(quinientos seis euros con dos céntimos)&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;Dicha&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; suma devengará desde la fecha de presentación de la papeleta de conciliación &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;(9-06-2016) &lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;y hasta la fecha de la presente resolución el interés establecido en el art. 1.108 del Código Civil, devengando&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; además&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt; desde el día de hoy y hasta su completo pago&lt;/em&gt;&lt;em&gt;, el interés legal establecido en el Art. 576 LEC.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Todo ello con &lt;strong&gt;absolución &lt;/strong&gt;del Fondo de Garantía Salarial y sin perjuicio de las responsabilidades legales que puedan corresponderle.&lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Notifíquese&amp;nbsp; la anterior sentencia a las partes interesadas, advirtiéndoles que contra la misma no cabe interponer&amp;nbsp; recurso alguno. Procédase al archivo de las actuaciones, previa baja en el libro correspondiente.&lt;/em&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;em&gt;Así por esta mi Sentencia, de la que se unirá certificación a las actuaciones para&amp;nbsp; su notificación y cumplimiento, lo pronuncio, mando y firmo.” &lt;/em&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Y para que &lt;strong&gt;sirva de NOTIFICACIÓN EN LEGAL FORMA a&lt;/strong&gt; &lt;strong&gt;LOWCOSTHOLIDAYS SPAIN SL&lt;/strong&gt;, &lt;strong&gt;en ignorado paradero&lt;/strong&gt;, expido el presente para su inserción en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Se advierte al destinatario que las siguientes comunicaciones se harán fijando copia de la resolución o de la cédula en el tablón de anuncios de la Oficina judicial, salvo el supuesto de la comunicación de las resoluciones que deban revestir forma de auto o sentencia, o cuando se trate de emplazamiento.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
