	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El presidente del Consell Insular de Mallorca, el día 11 de septiembre de 2017, resolvió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Está previsto que el día 22 de septiembre de 2017 el presidente esté ausente de la isla de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El vicepresidente primero y consejero ejecutivo de Cultura, Patrimonio y Deportes ha comunicado que también estará ausente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El artículo 11 de la Ley de consejos insulares dispone que los vicepresidentes sustituyen al presidente, siguiendo el orden que les atribuya el nombramiento, en los casos de ausencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El art. 22 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca establece que la sustitución comprende la totalidad de las atribuciones de la Presidencia, excepto la revocación de las delegaciones que esta ha otorgado.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por lo tanto, &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Resuelvo&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1. Disponer que el día 22 de septiembre de 2017, el vicepresidente segundo señor Jesús Juan Jurado Seguí asumirá la Presidencia del Consejo de Mallorca, en la totalidad de las atribuciones, si bien no puede revocar las delegaciones que ha otorgado esta Presidencia.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2. Notificar esta resolución al señor Jesús Juan Jurado Seguí y publicarla en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las&lt;/em&gt; &lt;em&gt;Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
