	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Habiendo finalizado el periodo de exposición al público para poder examinar y presentar las oportunas reclamaciones al expediente de modificación de crédito 14/2017, dentro del presupuesto municipal del 2017, aprobada inicialmente por el Ayuntamiento en Pleno en la sesión ordinaria del día 27 de julio de 2017 y teniendo en cuenta que durante el periodo del 6 al 28 de agosto de 2017, según edicto insertado en el Boletín Oficial de las Illes Balears número 96, de fecha 05-08-2017 y en el tablón de anuncios de la Corporación, no se han presentado alegaciones en contra. El mencionado expediente queda elevado a definitivo tal y como establece el artículo 169 del RDL 2/2004 por el que se aprueba el Texto Refundido de la Ley Reguladora de las Haciendas Locales y se hace pública la modificación presupuestaria acordada:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
