	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;El presidente por sustitución, el día 21 de agosto de 2017, resolvió:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;«Hechos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1. El día 6 de julio de 2015 se dictó el decreto por el cual se determina la suplencia de los consejeros ejecutivos y de las consejeras ejecutivas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2. Las consejeras ejecutivas de Territorio e Infraestructuras y de Modernización y Función Pública se suplen mutuamente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3. Está previsto que ambas consejeras estén ausentes de día 4 a día 8 de septiembre de 2017, ambos incluidos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Fundamentos&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En el artículo 27.3 del Reglamento orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca se dispone que «&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;En caso de ausencia, enfermedad u otro impedimento temporal de un consejero ejecutivo, este será sustituido por el consejero ejecutivo que designe al presidente, mediante el correspondiente decreto.».&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Por lo tanto, resuelvo:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;1. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Establecer que del día 4 al día 8 de septiembre de 2017, ambos incluidos, el consejero ejecutivo de Economía y Hacienda ha de suplir a las consejeras ejecutivas de Territorio e Infraestructuras y de Modernización y Función Pública.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;2.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en el &lt;em&gt;Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares&lt;/em&gt;.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;3&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;. Publicar el contenido de esta resolución en la Sede electrónica del Consejo de Mallorca.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;4.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt; Dar cuenta al Pleno en la primera sesión que tenga lugar.»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
