	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La Sra. Alcaldesa Presidenta de esta Corporación Municipal, ha adoptado, entre otros, el Decreto núm: 1838/2017, de 8 de agosto, que literalmente dice:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;«Visto el Decreto de Alcaldía núm. 1454/2017, de 19 de junio, de constitución de la Junta de Gobierno Local, por el que se nombraba a los miembros integrantes, establecía la periodicidad de las sesiones y se delegaba una serie de competencias.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Visto que se delegaba, entre otras, asumir la competencia en materia de disciplina urbanística, de conformidad con lo que dispone la Ley núm. 2/2014, de 25 de Marzo, de Ordenación y Uso del Suelo.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Considerando que la incoación y tramitación de los procedimientos relativos a los expedientes de suspensión de obras se han de realizar a la mayor brevedad posible.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;En el ejercicio de las atribuciones que me confiere la legislación vigente RESUELVO:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;PRIMER.-&lt;/b&gt;Revocar la competencia que se delegaba en fecha 19 de junio de 2017, en lo relativo a los expedientes de suspensión de obras.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;SEG&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;UNDO&lt;/b&gt;&lt;b&gt;.-&lt;/b&gt;Conferir&lt;b&gt; &lt;/b&gt;esta competencia al Primer Teniente de Alcalde de Urbanismo y Actividades.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;TERCER.&lt;/b&gt;-Dar cuenta al Pleno del presente Decreto en la primera sesión que se celebre y publicar en el Boletín Oficial de las Islas Baleares.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;QUART.-&lt;/b&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;Notificar el present&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;e&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt; Decret&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;o a los interesados.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: normal;"&gt;»&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p class="western" style="margin-bottom: 0.21cm; font-weight: normal; line-height: 100%;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Lo que se hace público para conocimiento en general.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
