	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con la Ley 34/1998, de 7 de octubre, del Sector de Hidrocarburos; con el artículo 86 de la Ley 30/1992, de 26 de noviembre, de Régimen Jurídico de las Administraciones Públicas y del Procedimiento Administrativo Común; y con los artículos 17 y 18 de la Ley de 16 de diciembre de 1954, de Expropiación Forzosa, se somete a información pública la solicitud de autorización administrativa y reconocimiento, en concreto, de utilidad pública de una instalación de distribución de gas canalizado cuyas características principales se indican a continuación:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Número de expediente: 21827/2015.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Denominación de la instalación: red de distribución de gas natural en los términos municipales de Maó, Sant Lluís, Es Castell i Alaior, y la instalación de la planta satélite de GNL, en el término municipal de Maó (zona 3).&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Peticionario: Gas Natural Distribución SDG, S.A.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Domicilio: plaza del Gas, 2, 08003, Barcelona.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Objeto del proyecto: introducir las modificaciones técnicas referentes al cambio del emplazamiento de la planta de GNL de Maó para suministrar gas natural a los términos municipales de Maó, Sant Lluís, Es Castell i Alaior.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Características principales: las indicadas en la adenda del proyecto redactado en abril de 2017 por don Màrius Lledó i Salvador, ingeniero técnico industrial, y que principalmente comprende las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— Red de distribución de gas natural con presión máxima de operación (MOP) 5 bar con conducciones de polietileno y las válvulas de línea necesarias para la conexión con la nueva ubicación de la planta GNL y la red prevista en el proyecto inicial en el término municipal de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;También se incluye el trazado de la red de distribución en PE para la conexión con red de agua potable existente para usos de limpieza y servicio en la planta GNL.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— Conducciones de fibra óptica mediante conducciones de polietileno y conjuntamente con las tuberías de gas natural de diámetro mayor de 110 mm. que discurrirá íntegramente por viales y/o bienes de dominio, uso o servicio público.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— Planta satélite modular de GNL con 6 depósitos horizontales de almacenamiento de GNL, con una capacidad total de 925,40 m³, unidad para descarga de cisternas, módulos de regasificación, regulación, medida, odorización y sistemas auxiliares; con salida del gas natural a 5 bar de presión, para instalar en el término municipal de Maó.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;De acuerdo con el artículo 103 de la Ley 34/1998, de 7 de octubre, del Sector de Hidrocarburos, se declaran de utilidad pública las instalaciones de distribución de gas natural a los efectos de expropiación forzosa de los bienes y derechos necesarios para su instalación y la imposición y ejercicio de la servidumbre de paso. El proyecto técnico de las instalaciones incluye planos parcelarios y una relación individualizada de los bienes y derechos afectados, así como la descripción de las diferentes limitaciones de dominio, y una relación de las diferentes administraciones públicas que tienen bienes de dominio, uso o servicio público, a los efectos de lo establecido en el artículo 101 del Real Decreto 1434/2002, de 27 de diciembre, por el que se regulan las actividades de transporte, distribución, comercialización, suministro y procedimientos de autorización de instalaciones de gas natural.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;La descripción de las limitaciones de dominio incluidas en la relación de bienes y derechos afectados son las siguientes:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p style="margin-left:14.2pt;"&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;— Expropiación en dominio: ocupación permanente y perpetua de las parcelas que se señalan en los planos parcelarios, al vuelo, al suelo y al subsuelo, necesarios para la construcción de las instalaciones de almacenamiento, de vaporización, de filtraje, de regulación de presión y medida del gas; las instalaciones auxiliares, la instalación de los conjuntos de válvulas de línea y derivación, la conducciones de servicios, el acceso a las instalaciones y la construcción del cierre y las vallas de protección en la totalidad de los perímetros para la salvaguarda de las instalaciones de elementos extraños o de intrusos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Esta información se hace pública para el conocimiento general y, especialmente, para los propietarios y otros titulares afectados por la ejecución de las obras, cuya relación se adjunta en el anexo de este anuncio, para que estos, como interesados, puedan examinar el proyecto de la instalación mencionada en la sede de la Consejería de Territorio, Energía y Movilidad (c/ Gremi Corredors, 10, polígon de Son Rossinyol, Palma), así como en la sede electrónica correspondiente.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Por otra parte, dado que esta Adenda supone una modificación sustancial del proyecto, también está sujeto al procedimiento ordinario de evaluación de impacto ambiental, por lo que, de acuerdo con el artículo 36 de la Ley 21/2013, de 9 de diciembre, de Evaluación de Impacto Ambiental, se somete también a información pública la adenda del estudio de impacto ambiental elaborada por Blacktogreen Consulting, SL, en mayo de 2017. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;
	&lt;span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;"&gt;Al mismo tiempo, se pueden formular las alegaciones que se consideren oportunas, en el plazo de 30 días a contar a partir del día siguiente de la publicación de este anuncio.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;
