CAIB 2017-07-18 7860 text/html 2017-07-18 CAIB ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">El Pleno del Consell de Mallorca, en fecha &nbsp;13 de juliol de 2017, ha adoptado el siguiente&nbsp; acuerdo:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">“Dada la necesidad de modificar la vigente plantilla del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobada por el Pleno, en sesión realizada día 23 de Diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 161, de 24-12-2016 y BOIB nº. 28, de 7-3-2017, de corrección de errores), con el fin de incorporar y adaptar las plazas correspondientes a los puestos de trabajo que se crean o modifican como consecuencia de la tramitación de la modificación de la vigente Relación de Puestos de Trabajo, las cuales no pueden ser aplazadas para el ejercicio presupuestario siguiente, debido a la necesidad de proceder a su cobertura urgente, además de llevar a cabo algunas correcciones puntuales.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dado lo que en relación a la plantilla de personal prevé el artículo 90 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de Abril, reguladora de las bases de Régimen Local, y el artículo 8.1.p) de la Ley 8/2000 de 27 de Octubre, de Consejos Insulares, en relación con el artículo 28.b) del Reglamento Orgánico del Consejo de Mallorca, aprobado por el Pleno en sesión de 2 de Julio de 2001 (BOIB nº. 102, de 25 de Agosto de 2001), redactado de conformidad con el acuerdo del Pleno de 12 de Diciembre de 2016 (BOIB nº. 157, de 15 de Diciembre de 2016). </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dado que el incremento del gasto que implica la modificación de plantilla se puede compensar con gastos de otras unidades, de acuerdo con aquello que prevé el apartado 2,a) del artículo 126 del texto refundido de las disposiciones legales vigentes en materia de Régimen Local, aprobado por el Real Decreto legislativo 781/1986, de 18 de Abril. </span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dado lo que en relación al procedimiento para la aprobación de la modificación de la plantilla prevé el artículo 112 de la Ley 7/1985 de 2 de abril, reguladora de las bases de Règim Local, y el artículo 169 del Real Decreto legislativo 2/2004 de 5 marzo, por el cual se aprueba el texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las Haciendas Locales, en aplicación del artículo 126.3 del Real Decreto legislativo 781/1986 de 18 de Abril.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La Consejera Ejecutiva de Modernización y Función Pública del Consejo de Mallorca eleva al Consejo Ejecutivo para la posterior aprobación del Pleno la siguiente propuesta de acuerdo:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">1r.- APROBAR inicialmente el proyecto de modificación de la vigente plantilla de personal del Consejo de Mallorca para el año 2017, con efectos de día 1 de julio de 2017, en los términos que se recogen a continuación y elevarlo al Pleno para acordar la aprobación. </span></p> <table border="1" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="0" height="743" width="511"> <tbody> <tr> <td colspan="4" nowrap="nowrap" style="height: 15px;
