597083 es CAIB 7640 es ![CDATA[Constitución de bolsa de trabajo de monitora y monitor de Tiempo Libre 2017]] 2017-07-11 22814 2017-07-13 ![CDATA[<p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">La Alcaldía, mediante el Decreto de la Alcaldía núm. 2017-1134, de 5 de julio, de constitución de una bolsa de trabajo de monitora y monitor de Tiempo Libre, ha resuelto lo siguiente:</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">“Antoni Servera Servera, alcalde presidente del Ajuntament de Son Servera (Illes Balears)</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dada, la Resolución de Alcaldía núm. 2017-0890, de fecha 31 de mayo, motivada por la necesidad y urgencia para dotar de personal la ESCOLETA D’ESTIU DE 2017 que organiza los Servicios Educativos del Ajuntament de Son Servera, concretamente en los núcleos de Son Servera y Cala Millor, del término municipal de Son Servera. Con el objeto de no dejar desatendido dicho servicio y, por tanto, con el fin de dar servicio a los niños y niñas con necesidades socioeducativas en Son Servera y Cala Millor, así como para el cumplimiento de la legislación actualmente vigente en materia de tiempo libre y juventud, como el Decreto 18/2011, de 11 de marzo, por el que se establecen los principios generales que rigen las actividades de tiempo libre infantil y juvenil que se desarrollen en el ámbito territorial de las Illes Balears, la que afecta, entre otras, a las titulaciones que deberán tener las personas que quieran trabajar como monitor / a de tiempo libre. Y, también, para la cobertura de las necesidades que puedan subvenir por la acción del Ajuntament en cuanto a la realización de actividades de tiempo libre. Dicha resolución resto publicada en el BOIB núm. 68, de fecha 3 de junio de 2017.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">Dado la propuesta del órgano de selección realizada en el acta de las revisiones del proceso selectivo y propuesta definitiva del Tribunal Calificador de fecha 29 de junio de 2017.</span></p> <p> <span style="font-family:times new roman,times,serif;font-size:12px;">De acuerdo con la legislación vigente en materia de personal, y en uso de las atribuciones conferidas en el artículo 21.1.g) de la Ley 7/1985, de 2 de abril, de Bases del Régimen Local y el artículo 41.14 del Real Decreto 2568/1986, de 28 de noviembre, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Organización y funcionamiento de régimen jurídico de las Entidades administrativa, puede interponer alternativamente recurso de reposición potestativo ante el Alcalde / sa de este Ajuntament, en el plazo de un mes a contar desde el día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con los artículos 123 y 124 de la Ley 39/2015, de 1 de octubre, del Procedimiento Administrativo Común de las Administraciones Públicas; o bien interponer directamente recurso contencioso - administrativo, ante el Juzgado o la Sala que resulte competente, en el plazo de dos meses, contados a partir del día siguiente al de la recepción de la presente notificación, de conformidad con el artículo 46 de la Ley 29/1998, de 13 de julio, reguladora de la Jurisdicción Contencioso - Administrativa.
