presentado reclamaciones por las causas determinadas en el art. 170.2 del Real decreto legislativo 2/2004, de 5 de Marzo, texto refundido de la Ley reguladora de las haciendas locales, se consideran definitivamente aprobados el Presupuesto general para el año 2017 y la Plantilla de personal, aprobados inicialmente por acuerdo del Pleno del Ayuntamiento de 14 de junio de 2017 (publicado en el BOIB
